now it is this Anand Niwas Chawl. This Archana is bugging me as a wife. First she wanted Manav to somehow do something to save that stupid house and now she wants him to somehow forget about that Anand Niwas Chawl. That dumb lady does not understand that if not Manav then some other ruthless builder will come by and construct a complex. If she is so worried let her sell that Karanjkar house and buy the chawl. Then kuch karne ki zaroorat hi nahin hogi. Everytime she is Manav this, Manav that...aai ko problem hain, Vaishu ko problem hain, Varshu ko problem hain...she never lets him work in peace. She is always badgering him for something for her own maayka. She has never bothered about Vandu after that ugly fight. Manav must really be too much in love with her to bear this atrocious behaviour.

Very good post. I completely agree with your views. Archana is always bugging Manav about maika problems, she brought Vaishu to live at their chawl when she found out the truth about Dharmesh. She made him tell a lie abotu Varsha and her abortion to the orphanage.

When she wanted to search for her mother when Manju threw her out, she bugged Manav and interfered his work.

I miss the day that Riya(Manav's old secretary) yelld at her for barging in the office like this, she doesn't even have the manners to call Manav and at least inform him that she will come to his office, she just comes at unexpected time.

She has done nothing about Vandu's abuse. Archana says that she treats Vandu like a little sister, but that is totally wrong. She loves her sisters far more than Vandu. And Manav, he is just blind as he loves his wife too much.

The Deshmukhs would live a very happy life if Archana left. Manav thinks that she takes away all his tension, but she is the reason why Manav is so tense. Poor Manav and Satish, and even more poor Savita and Bhavna, they raised their sons just so that they could become joru ka ghulam.

With a wife like Archana, who needs enemies?

Yeah. Agree totally. She should leave him. How much more peaceful her life will be without her scheming saas and dithering hubby!

And manav can marry someone like Manju and live peacfully ever after.

Even Manav would live a more peaceful life with Manju than Archana. At least Manju wouldn't bother him constantly about maika problems, her selfishness is for herself and her children.

As evil as Manju is, she gave support to her husband, it's her husband's family that she hates, not her husband.

Manav and Savita would be way better off without Archana. I agree with Kool Di, someone like Vandita or Aashna would be a good wife for Manav, even Shravani would be a good wife to Manav.

I'm pretty sure if Shravani was manav's wife she would never go against him in this practical decision of demolishing this chawl.

infuriating to see her cribbing abt everythng. she didnt even realise why savita did what she did. not suporting savita here and again how selfish she is. abt neighbours who insult ur husband and u still want to help them. am single but i know what the right thing wud be if i was in her place.
