Hi MT. Got me thinking and am trying to answer your Q's the second time on this forum !!
Do you think that Jai and Bani both share the same perspective on Marriage and Relationships? As in both of them agree that Love should be the mainstay of a relationship and not compromise?
I definatley feel that they share the same views cause Bani supported Pia/ Pushkar despite what they did as she knew they loved each other. Jai too gave Pia a lot of chances to talk about Pushkar but she did not admit to her real feelings then. Now He is supporting Saahil and so shows that they both agree that Love is the most imp thing in a relationship !!!
If the answer to the above is yes, then why do you think that Bani put up in the marriage in the first place, because her marriage to Jai was nothing but a forced decision? If Bani also belives that Love is most important in a relationship, what forced her to remain in the "Loveless" marriage with a man who doesn't love her?
Family Honour ! I feel that for Bani, (who is of a very traditional conservative thinking) Family Honour is also of very great importance and so got into the marraige in the first place. Later, she did try ot come out of it ( Divorce) but when Jai refused, she thought well this will her penance to the mistake she has made !!
What do you think is stopping Jai from expressing his love for Bani? Is it the simple fact that he is simply not in love with Bani, or is it that he is in love, but hasn't realized it himself or is it his past that haunts him and forbids his relationship with Bani to be taken forward?
I think he is still in the process of his growing feeling for Bani and is not 100% sure plus the RAAZ issue may be the reason too for him not to give way for his feelings. I am sure eventually some "event" will happen that will make him accept his feelings.
Also with Roshni still around him, threatening him, reminding him of the past, and assuring him that Bani will leave and that SHE is always with him might just not give him a clear perspective of his feelings !
Do you think that Roshni has an inkling of what Bani feels for Jai or was she just shooting off her mouth when she told Jai that one day, he won't even have Bani's love in his life and he will be all alone once again?
Roshni is definatley upto something on this - can't put a finger on it yet! I think she is aware of Bani's feeling even though Bani isn't ! Akhir jab hum khud kissi se pyar karte ho to we can sense the same feelings, gestures, expressions in others right ?
Jai and Bani's relationship is based on the foundation of mistrust, anger and betrayal...but still love blooms between them...Do you think that a relationship based on "False Notes" can ever make a "Perfect Music"?
Yes, if the reasons for that betrayal are as in Jai Bani case. She was forced to get married by Jigs and she did so for the family honours of both sides. Jai is now aware of this and so knows that there is no element of selfishness on Bani's part and so the anger is gone. After all that Bani has done for his family, NO ONE can be angry anymore and hence mistrust factor is replaced with a new understanding and Trust for that person. --- starting to some Perfect Music don't you think ?
To be honest is real-life cases I am sure no such eventualities would happen as in the serial and if a girl was forced into a marraige, it surely would just be disaster for her and the guy !!
