Well, as you know Shahkar, Faryal and Salman bhai were planning to give Esha a surprise. Well, in this episode, they didn't exactly show any b-day party or anything. But Shahkar wished Esha and she was really very surprised. He gave her two gold bracelets as gift and while he was putting them on her wrists Narmeen and Arham came and got really really annoyed when they saw that.

Later, Shahkar went to Esha and apologized for being so indifferent and said he's not going to neglect her anymore, and they'll be good friends like before.

In the hospital the next day, Shahkar gets up to leave early, telling Narmeen that he and Esha are going shopping for Minhal. Narmeen gets really ennoyed and says thank goodness you finally 4got Minhal. Shahkar gets upset and asks her what gave her the idea. She says all this display of soft corner for Esha means he has 4gotten Minhal. Khair, they talk for a while and he leaves.
