Junglee actress is upset with Rockstar! :P

Actress Ashika Suryavanshi shocked to see herself on screen in a film that was meant to be semi-po*n, will now file a complaint against Imtiaz Ali and Ashtavinayak for ruining her image

Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri might have had fun shooting for the Junglee Jawaanisequence in Imtiaz Ali's Rockstar, but ask actress Ashika Suryavanshi and she will tell you how the very 'fun' scene has turned her life into a living hell. Ashika was shocked to see herself on screen in a film that was described as semi-po*n in Rockstar. In fact, the actress is now filing a complaint against the makers ofRockstar for tarnishing her reputation.

The film that Ranbir and Nargis watch in 'Amar Talkies' in Rockstar is actually a film titled Jungle Love starring Ashika.

"Ashika has become the butt of all jokes in her friend circle. Her phone hasn't stopped ringing ever since Rockstar released. People have been asking her all sort of lewd questions," revealed a source.

Angry at the filmmakers for projecting her film as a semi-po*n venture, she even approached the makers of Jungle Love, Suresh Jain. "Ashika called up Suresh. He simply told her that since he reserves the rights of the film, he can give it to anyone he wants. He did not see Ashika's perspective. All said and done, it's very unfair," added the source.

When contacted, Ashika said, "This is not fair. Jungle Love was not a sleazy film. It is very embarrassing that the makers of such a big film like Rockstar has stooped so low. Such tactics should be condemned."

Angry with the filmmakers for tarnishing her image, Ashika has now decided to file a complaint against them. "I am filing a complaint in CINTAA (Cine and TV Artistes Association) against Imtiaz Ali, Ashtavinayak - the producer of Rockstar and the producer of Jungle Love Suresh Jain."

"Trust me. I am very disturbed. People are laughing at me. Either Imtiaz or Ashtavinayak or Jain should have informed me that they were using my clip in their film. Bataya bhi nahin," added an extremely disturbed Ashika.

She added, "Tell me, if the film that Ranbir and Nargis head for in the film is actually not supposed to be portrayed as sleazy, why would Nargis dress up as a male when she heads to the theatre with Ranbir?"

When reminded about her kissing and lovemaking scenes in a film titled Hot Malaika that released in 2005, Ashika shot back, "So? Two wrongs don't make a right do they?"

To get the producer's version on the same, we called up Suresh Jain. His wife Waheeda Jain answered and said, "Listen. I am aware that Ashika is disturbed. And yes, we had given the permission for the particular scene to be used in Rockstar. But I really don't understand how her image has been damaged."

"Rockstar is a huge film, not a sleazy C-grade project. And yes, Jungle Love had a few romantic scenes. Romance ke bina picture banti hai kya aajkal? And by the way, Ashika had given us a letter when she shot for Jungle Love that she would have no problem if we gave out some of her scenes to anybody in future," she added.

To this, Ashika shot back, "I have not given any letter like that to anyone." Imtiaz Ali and Ashtavinayak remained unavailable for comment.
