Billa opens the door of the hospital room where Ishika is and on seeing her starts crying. He enters and knocks out the guard. Outside the hospital ACP Ajaatshatru is talking to Ananya and tells her why did she leave him when he told her he would take care. She thought that after what happened to her 9 years ago she would not be able to face anyone that's why she ran away from there. She says she just came back for her daughter.
Billa goes to her and touches her face and she opens her eyes (from where all this fatherly love especially after you rape the girl and not realize the consequences🤢). She asks who he is, and Billa says that he is a relative an when he heard about her health he has come to see her. Ishika asks about the guard and he says he is sleeping. Right then Pratap's voice is heard. Billa takes a gun and points it at Ishika and tells her to not let anyone know that he is here. Pratap comes in and asks Ishika how she is. She says fine. He sees she is tensed but she says she is not. Pratap asks her where the guard is and she says that he is the bathroom. Pratap is annoyed and says that he was told not to leave Ishika alone and wants to go to the bathroom when he gets a call. Pratap tells Ishika he will be right back and leaves the room. All this time we see Billa hiding behind with the guard. He comes out and takes Ishika in his hand and runs out. He put her in the back seat of the car where she is sleeping and removes his wig and makeup. Jasmine who is coming towards the hospital sees him and decides to follow him. Billa stops at a place and takes a sleeping Ishika inside. A doctor is waiting there and he says that a transplant needs to be done. Billa's assistant tells Billa that he did wrong by bringing Ishika there, as now the CID SB folks will be behind their backs. Billa says that they will not as they will leave the city. The assistant says that the CID SB people will find them and starts cursing at Ishika. Billa gets mad at him and tells him to keep quiet, as this is his daughter his blood (yuck). Jasmine who is outside sees a flyer and takes it with her.
Back in the hospital ACP Ajaatshatru goes back to the room to see that Ishika is not there. He searches the room and does not see her. Akshay too is searching with him. Right then Pratap gets back and ACP Ajaatshatru asks him where Ishika is .He says that she was right there and he got a call from the reception saying that Akshay had called so he went to find out there was no one on the line. Akshay tells him that he would have called Pratap on the cell. Jasmine comes then ad tells them that she saw Billa take Ishika and they are at Neko club. Akshay says that they can go there and get him. ACP Ajaatshatru says not to as Billa is required to save Ishika. Jasmine tells them that she found a way for them to go there. She shows a flyer that says there is a dance competition there and they can get Tejali to help them. All of them are given disguised looks and shown to go to Neko club. Tejali and Jasmine dance to Nasha Nasha (this is the item number shown in the promos) while Ajaatshatru is sitting in the bar. Pratap and Akshay are walking around. Billa and his men are also in the club. After sometime Tejali sees a guy going out and follows him. This guy leads her to the room where Ishika is kept. She comes back and signals to ACP that Ishika is there. Pratap ACP Ajaatshatru and Akshay surround Billa. Tejali and Jasmine bring Ishika to the dance floor . Ishika on seeing ACP Ajaatshatru calls Papa. Billa taking this opportunity manages to escape. ACP Ajaatshatru tells Tejali and Jasmine to take Ishika to the hospital.
There are all in the beach shooting each other. Finally ACP and his team surrounds Billa and his people. ACP tells Billa to surrender but Billa starts shooting and Pratap and Akshay too. In the turn of events Billa manages to knock the gun out of Pratap's hands.Billa points a gun at Pratap's head and keeps pushing Pratap's face down into the seawater. He tells ACP he knows he will not shoot him as the kid will not be saved and the bone marrow is lost. ACP Ajaatshatru tells him that Ishika is also his daughter but Billa does not listen. Pratap tells ACP Ajaatshatru to not worry about him and to shoot. Ajaatshatru gets all the flashbacks about ishika, he telling acp pradyuman he will get billa back, billa's bone marrow matching, about acp pradyuman telling him its for his selfish motives. Finally he shoots and Billa falls not before shooting poor Akshay. Akshay is fine and they take Billa to the jeep. ACP Ajaatshatru tells Akshay to drive fast (it looks the bullet whizzed past as Akshay is fine) so that they can reach the hospital before anything happens to Billa. Billa then shoots himself on his head and falls out of the jeep. Before Ajaatshatru could do anything Billa dies telling Ajaatshatru that he cannot save his daughter.
ACP Ajaatshatru, Akshay and Pratap are in the hospital elevator ACP does not get out, as he is lost in his thoughts on how Billa died. Akshay nudge him and he comes out of the elevator. Right then Ishika is being wheeled and he remembers the times he spent with her. Feeling really helpless he breaks down and ends up on his knees (Anoop Soni acted good here Bluepink u listening?) Sunidhi comes there and tells him that Ishika is fine and the operation was successful. Ajaatshatru asks when was the operation and ACP Pradyuman says just sometime back. He says that the bone marrow from Ananya matched Ishika;s. ACP Ajaatshatru says he wants to meet Ananya.. Sunidhi and ACP Ajaatshatru go to Ananya's room. Sunidhi tells him she is leaving and ready is go from there when Anoop catches her hand and stops her. Sunidhi is looking at him hold her hand and ACP Ajaatshatru looks at her. (Is this the beginning of their love relationship that we have been hearing about?😳) He then tells her to wait there for him right there. He goes in and sits besides Ananya. He tells her thanks. She tells him why thanks after all he is the one who kept saying Ishika is also her daughter and that what she did was for her daughter. She tells Ajaatshatru that she is not back to claim Ishika but she said she does not want to repeat the mistake she did 9 years ago. She wants to see her daughter growing and she knows Ajaatshatru will not stop her from doing that. ACP touches her shoulder and says that how can he refuse her after all Ishika is also her daughter. Ananya holds his hand and cries.
