Everyone's mentioned most of the scores that I loved...apart from that, Saawariya (the ending music is just spectacular...have no words for it), Zubeidaa, some scores from Pardes and Taal, DCH...there surely more...can't remember right now.

I don't really keep track of background scores in movies, I do love them while I watch the movie but don't really remember them like I would do for an actual song. However, this background score from Fanaa was so friggin' fabulous!! I remember I would rewind the scene so many times just to hear the background music... it was so so so awesome!!

Swades has to be up there, definitely. The background score of that movie stands out as you watch it and remains memorable even after. Others that have stuck with me...Guru and Once Upon A Time in Mumbai (especially in how it synced with the editing of the movie)...
