Since the house belongs to Patwardhans and there are 4 kids in the family (Daksh Aakruti, her brother and Rohini ka gulaam), there should be 4 hissa of the house. Maybe the first three should all take their hissa and live together and leave the 4th hissa for the four pranees (Rohini, her gulaam, Bhoot infected aai and aai ka gulaam)
