The way its been shown till now i feel the girl is not lying and is not a trap set by Thakral. Also Rohit does not appear to be straight forward either. I am pretty sure he is fraud and wants to have only physical relationship with girls...Kunal will eventually win. Siddhi after a while will realize that she is fighting for a wrong person and will help Kunal. Additionally i feel raveena will get involved too and may have to come to court too to represent Rohit.. This might weaken Kunal from cross questioning his own sister but in the end of this track kunal HAS to and SHOULD win...
