I couldnt relate to Jai today!

Hello Everyone!

Now I am convinced some part of my brains have gone missing!!! This Jai Walia seems very different to me… Very Different. I was half time laughing or confused looking at Jai today. What have they done to my Jai😡? Jai owed Bani a heartfelt appolgy, but it should have been done in a Jai Walia style... wich would have made it more emotionally appealing. That scene lacked the essence of Jai... by that i dont mean his 'I am Jai Walia' attitude or arrogance. Jai is having a problem looking into Bani's eyes? It doesnt go down well with me. I thought Jai had the guts to look into Bani's eyes and say he is sorry… u need to have guts to look into someone's eyes and face ur mistake…and apologize. And Jai has loads of it and is a man enough to face his mistakes. I don't believe u should have ur head and eyes down to really mean how sorry you are. It crackled me up when Jai said "Mujhe aise math dekho" He reminded me of a shy bride. 😆!!! And Ram looked as if he will crackle up himself the very moment… that was the only line that didn't convince me😕.

I am so glad Jai asked her, Why the hell is she so good? and why she thinks of everyone else before her? par mujhe nahi lagta uska uspar kuch khass asar pata hoga.😕

Bani's reasons didn't convince me enough. Anyway after seeing the reaction of the Walia family, I definitely feel Bani's sacrifice wasn't worth it. All of them are so COOL about Anu, esp her immediate family. Even Jai wasn't all that agitated or worried… he looked more at peace knowing it isnt Bani. Bani spoke about her dad and Jai look suggested he didn't agree with it, but choose not to argue over it.

Bani started her talk about Ladki's izzat.. trust me I sulked no end… she has everything that it takes to make a Balaji Heroine… I could visualize the same words coming out of Tulsi, Parvati or Prerna🤢. Ekta spare Bani. Please! As much I respect Bani's views, as an audience I cant take the same dialogues being re-cycled time and again!

The only this that shook me out my reverie was Jai voice blasting "After all you are MY WIFE, God Dammit" oh Man, that was the Jai I know and relate to and LOVE😳. I loved the way he stood after he heard himself…he was holding his heart… just in case it would spill out more😆. Bani though shocked, only said "JAB TAK main yahan hoon…" so she has plans of leaving her darling Husband unless he goes down on her knees. Good, lets see a strong Bani now👏 and I don't want to miss out Jai wowing his wife😳. I am tired of Bani's mahanta…. She needs to be pricey, after all she is the one destined to rule Jai Walia's heart😳.

Total role reversal today… Jai waiting for Bani to come. Absolutely loved his restlessness. He promptly went and asked Bani if he could have aword with her, How sweet can he get? Jai, u found the middle of the night to discuss about Anu? Kis ko bewakuf banaraha hai? He looked so lost when he spoke about Anu… btw Jai, I think u spoke very soon about Rano… were u trying to impress ur wife by complimenting her upbringing? anyway don't have high hopes about Rano, u need to sambalo ur wife when Rano betrays her trust. What struck me about Jai in that scene was his vulnerability… u have an urge to protect and pamper him…and I bet he knows that it is his weapon, no one can turn away from an upset and vulnerable Jai. One streak of tension on his face… and no one can take it. be it Sonali, Roshini, Mohan, Aditya, Jigyasa(she is very caring at times.. pia's marriage time), Dadi, Massi or Bani!!!

I am turning into quite a Ranveer fan… he has an awesome, powerful screen presence👏. He took on Jai-Bani and Aditya at the same time and didn't look intimidated by Jai… loved him for the courage he showed when he plainly told Jai that he has to apologize to his mother. His scene with Sahil was well handled. I loved the way he said "ab main apni pariwarwaloon ke koi bhi bewakufi bardast nahi karunga." He will be interesting to watch, provided he doesn't indulge in kitchen politics😕. Siddarth was good today👏. Now I am sure Ashiwini is busy with someother assignment, no doubt they sent Jigyasa to Tauji's place without extra dramatics.

Prachi needs a break… that girl looks too stressed out. Ekta, give her a break before CRY or someother children organization hold darna infront of ur office for exploiting this poor kid. Prachi handles Bani with absolute ease. Ram was good in patches today. Somehow he didn't look comfortable and the dialogues and emotions didn't flow easily considering it was a land mark scene… Jai Walia saying sorry, that doesn't happen everyday… it deserved a special treatment. I am a bit let down on the way the scene was handled… didn't move me as much as I would have liked it to be. Jai's eyes with is usually expressive and speaks his heart wasn't made use of… I would have liked to see Jai's eyes than his downcast eyes and face.😕

Having said that, my own brains have gone for a long holiday…I actually should be giving a disclaimer for this post😆. I might have a different thing to say t'row after I have had a nice long peaceful sleep.

Please feel free to batter me up… may that will indeed wake up my senses. 😆

Good observations! I kinda agree, but don't worry-- they will romance for one month, and then he will be back to his old evil self--you know, the ekta mantra for all her shows!

i thought that to!! it was a completly different side to him!! it was almost as if the real jai walia showed himself today, and the other one was just a fake!!!

Good analysis Anu 😛 I agree with you dear but soon Jai and his atitude will return back as Ekta knows viewers like his atitude and it gells well with his personality has it makes him look more hot and sexy😉

But I am happy Jai apologised to Bani I felt he showed he is a true gentleman he need not feel ashamed for it because now Bani will respect and love him more just like us😃

good observation Anu. I just saw the video and trust me after I read the update by MT I was expecting a real remorseful Jai but when I saw the scene and the way he put his head down I burst out laughing. Yes he is remorseful but the way Ram acted that it just made me laugh.
I agree with you, Jai asking for forgiveness does not happen everyday. It should have been more emotional than what it was. It was good no doubt about it but it could have been better. The only expression I loved from Ram was when he blurts You are my wife dialogue. The shock on his face seemed so genuine. That was wonderful and so like Jai. Ram was awesome there.
Also the part that did not go well with me was after Bani says she will always be responsible enough about his honor immediately she says she wants to request and talks abt getting Anu married. Hello... jab baat karni chahiye thi.. tab chup thi ma'am and now she is going to turn into a typical Ekta leading lady. I had also written in one of my answers to MT's Q&A.. KS is on the verge of going down the drain when it comes to murdering the characters.. Jai is on the way of becoming a joru ka gulam and Bani into a typical Ekta Bhartiya Nari. This whole pregnancy thing seems to be just a last minute addition to the script and hence all the characters seem to behave abnormally.

Love your analysis. Maybe he was a little bit out of character but after all the degrading and nasty stuff he and Jaigs told her how could her really face her. Thats my take on it. Loed the shock expression when he said "your my wife dammit" 😃.

That's exactly how I felt watching today's episode!

I always like to read ur analysis. But today I don't completely agree with you. But let me first start by saying I LMHO at ur "shy bride" comment. 😆 😆 It was hilaious!! 😆 As for the apology scene. I think it was beautiful. It showed a Jai saying sorry from his inner-depth. And at the same time it was clear that this one guy is not used to apologise! 😉 While watching the scene u have to keep in mind that the one who is apologising, is a person who is having one battle after the other with his feelings. I truely think it was shot and done well. Especially the part in which Jai can't look Bani in the eyes. That just indicates how disgusted he is with his own actions. When a person of his ego, personality and standard is not able to face his own wife, it means he made a big mistake and is really feeling bad about it. Jai had apologised b4 to Bani (when Sahil took the money remember). But that was not an apology from the heart. He apologised to impress rather than to be forgiven. Another thing I loved about the scene was the fact that Bani didnt smile and tell him I've forgiven you. Which made him even more insecure as he later asked her again if she could forgive him. I think it was beautifully done. 😉 N now I will stop bothering you and go share ur comment with my sis. She will ROFL all the way! 😆

I completely agree with your stand point!! Actually you're more couragous than myself... 😆 I wanted to write something like this -- as I was completely disappointed by Jai and his repent scene... It wasn't him!! I sware I thought I was watching Mihir Virani for moment there....

Bani needs to be normal -- in our generation, you are likely to find someone like her - only on TV... Oh right, she is on TV as well... 😆 What i'm trying to say is - I'm craving for realism in KS... I know Kekta Mai doesn't believe in that - nor did she ever portray it but I have special hopes for KS... Ekta Kapoor, are you reading this??? 😳
