Yup, Syrupy your analysis is just bang on!👏 As of now, I cannot imagine Jai and Bani sharing a normal husband-wife relationship....but then even if Jai and Bani had married under normal circumstances, Jai would still have had an upper hand...I think this has more to do with Jai and Bani's individual characters and also to do with the age gap they share....Bani has always seen Jai as a larger than life figure in her life, hence, even if the relationship between them turns to be positive, Bani will always be submissive and Jai, like it or not, will always be dominating....But at the same time, Jai's domination will be a result of his love, concern and care for his wife and not out of hatred and anger!

I agree-Jai should be more guilt ridden to say the least and express as such. As for poor quite Bani-I can see her murthi for the temple getting bigger already. She is boring to watch. Ever heard of spunky eh chaps!

And if Bani is one extreme, Jai is another...Frankly, I wanted him to absolutely suffocate with guilt today....The things he said to Bani in the last few episodes were harsh to say the least, and particularly unacceptable becoz he was just beginning to respect and admire her...He probably had some justification to be angry, but seriously, there's NO excuse for what all he said, or rather repeated about Bani, her sisters and her parents....

I wanted Jai to literally grovel before Bani...and she cold-shouldering him for once...But no...all we get is...'tumhe kahin jaane ki zaroorat nahi"...Hello...Mr. Jai Walia...ever heard of the word 'sorry'. Or even 'thank you'???...Hve u thought of using them for your poor long-suffering wife???...

As MT has predicted, a Jai confession to Bani is in the offing...But frankly though I would love to see more of their love story, things will get spoilt if I dont see a more humbled Jai and a more expressive Bani...Jai has to stop behaving as if he's doing Bani a favour by being nice to her...The benefactor image has to go if he wants to be a lover...And if he's going to tell her that he loves her in the same way as if he's patronising her, oh well, I had rather not see it....

So in the coming weeks, Jai, less of ego...And Bani, more of it plz...!!!!!

but i was sad cuz today they didn't show much of jai n bani........like only two small scenes w/ em.......too much of jigz.......but i m egarly wating for todayz episode......n they better show more of mi cuddles n hunny bunny........hehe😳😳😳

Jai has to humble down big time...Ok, we all like the fact that he is dominating, authoritative and egoitsical....all said and done, it makes him so different from the Other men around and so attractive, but then Bani's silence makes him appear like a monster! Either Jai calms down big time or Bani opens her mouth.....somehow it looks like a very unequal relationship these days! Earlier, their was so much of spark between them, because Bani used to give it back to him as good as it gets.....

On the flip side, I think that Bani has just given up on Jai...I mean, she has really been through a very bad phase in their marriage and now I guess she just wants to get over it.....and that kind of feeling is far worse than anger or hatred! Jai would be able to tackle Bani's anger far easily than her indifference, now that would really kill him!

Jai and Bani have always had a Mentor-Mentee relationship, with Jai always having the upper hand in the relationship, and this fact was established in the very first episode when Jai and Bani met, if you remember, she was on her knees when he comes and stands near her...very regressive, I agree, but also very symbolic! And from that day onwards, Bani has always listened to Jai, followed him like Mary's little lamb and complied with all his whims and fancies, as his employee, as his paying guest, as a member of his house, as his sister-in-law (almost) and now as his wife! That way, Jai and Bani have had a consistent relationship, that of a Leader and a Follower!

The only time Bani dared to rebel was when she got Pia and Pushkar married in Jai's house, and boy, did she have to pay with hell for that..... And if you have noticed, Jai has never apologized to Bani ever till date, he has acknowledged his mistakes, but never said, "I am sorry Bani" to her ever.....not that she cares for his verbal apology, but still, that kind of gives us an indication of how unequal their relationship is!

But then it is nothing new, there are many relationships which are extremely unequal and might look very suppressed and unhappy to an outsider's eyes, but within the two people, there is always a geniune compatibility and understanding! Bani has always wanted a Father-figure in her life, someone who can guide her and protect her instead of she being the giver in the relationship, and finally with Jai, she finds that vaccum of her life filled.....He might be a monster with her, but let us admit, he is the only one who can protect Bani from the likes of Jigyasa, Ranveer and Roshni!

In the coming episode, I think that Jai will undergo a major transformation but Bani will be indifferent towards him, as in she would be her same wifely self, doing her duties in the same mechanical perfection, but she would just be cold towards Jai's overtures....that should teach him a lesson or two!😡
