Bani's Silence, Jai's Patronage!!!

I dont know whats with Bani these days...Why has she suddenly stopped reacting to situations at all...Most of the times, its almost as if she's standing simply waiting for the storm to subside around her...

I understand that she's always been portrayed as this extremely dignified and calm woman, but earlier she always used to give it back as good as she got..esp to Jai....I dont remember her stoically listening to any wrong accusations he levied at her, right from day 1. In fact, she had the spunk to support her sister, even when very clearly Pia was in the wrong...But these days, her silence is getting too oppressive to watch...

And if Bani is one extreme, Jai is another...Frankly, I wanted him to absolutely suffocate with guilt today....The things he said to Bani in the last few episodes were harsh to say the least, and particularly unacceptable becoz he was just beginning to respect and admire her...He probably had some justification to be angry, but seriously, there's NO excuse for what all he said, or rather repeated about Bani, her sisters and her parents....

I wanted Jai to literally grovel before Bani...and she cold-shouldering him for once...But no...all we get is...'tumhe kahin jaane ki zaroorat nahi"...Hello...Mr. Jai Walia...ever heard of the word 'sorry'. Or even 'thank you'???...Hve u thought of using them for your poor long-suffering wife???...

As MT has predicted, a Jai confession to Bani is in the offing...But frankly though I would love to see more of their love story, things will get spoilt if I dont see a more humbled Jai and a more expressive Bani...Jai has to stop behaving as if he's doing Bani a favour by being nice to her...The benefactor image has to go if he wants to be a lover...And if he's going to tell her that he loves her in the same way as if he's patronising her, oh well, I had rather not see it....

So in the coming weeks, Jai, less of ego...And Bani, more of it plz...!!!!!

I completely agree with your take on Jai & Bani.... It really doesn't make sense the way things are appearing... No self-respecting woman would bare to stand on the floor with a jerk like Jai (but I still love him) when he completely humiliates her. But here we have them sharing a room together -- and a bed for that matter.

Bani needs to take a stand!! I know that Jai has already fallen for her - but this is no way to behave... Before it was the whole sister thing -- than this whole pregnecy thing -- Jai doesn't miss an opportunity... And Bani's -No-reaction look is really getting on my nervous... It's like the writers have stopped writing lines for her... She - like Ranveer - have been carrying the same look for the past few episodes... IT really needs to stop.... 😡 🤢 One suggestions -- give us more of the romantic scenes between Jai & Bani... 😆 😆

I agree with u on Bani's front. I would like to see her a lot more expressive and she better get done with the extra goodness in her. I dont have much problems with Jai though... i would want to see Bani matching up to his attitude... The way she used to before... not as aggresive as she was when she got Pia married in his house, but still hold her ground in front of him. These days one glance from Jai and Ma'am is left mesmerised and Hypnotized. Wake up Bani! We aarent enjoying much of ur silence!!!

Completely agree with Ruby, Bani had fire in the beginning and she gave tit for tat. She should not forgive Jai easily...

My advice to bani is STOP BEING SO BLOODY NICE ALL THE TIME!!!!!! Show some attitude girl!! If she doesn't want to say anything, she doesn't have to!! All she needs to do is just walk out on jai in the next epi and then just watch how the mighty Mr. Walia turns into a faithfull little puppy and follows her around with sad little puppy eyes!!!! 😉 😉
The guy wants to be tough but he really is a softy all he needs is a push from his "Darling Wife" 😉

The KS team gave us enough clues why Bani was like this and why Jai is like this.

From the beginning Bani was innocent and forced by Jig to sit in the place of Pia on the wedding day. So there she was aggressive to protect her sister because that time it was her life for, her sisters.

Then gradually she starts loving Jai and understanding him more. He is not as matured like her to face the ups and downs of life, is very impulsive at points. So I don't get surprised to see him yelling those nasty words on her on the first shock when he is really starts to enjoy her company in publice and personally.

Bani kept quiet for few reasons. She didn't actually get the result, it reached in the wrong hands before she could see it and it was totally unexpected. She or even Anu thought to get the report from hospital and do handle it in better way. But our tigeress Jig couldn't wait to get another chance to insult Bani and she even gone to the extend to give the report to press and yet the truth is that the report didn't reach Bani or Anu. So she was unable to talk to Jai since he came after all the stage is set to start the drama. Even she or Anu didn't talk to each other about it to decide how to proceed on the problem.

But Bani's sickness and shock of divorce is there on her face when her own expectations give her more strength to stand rooted. Now her waiting is over to show Jai that it was Jig who actually is the reason of her sitting in Piya's place.

The writer could add couple of sentences in short to explain Bani's silence.

Rant and Rave , are we ever happy..😆 I am just so glad that pregnancy horror was resolved in couple of days and Roshni and Jigz are out of the house..and all misunderstandings between J&B are cleared up. 👏 👏to Ekta mayi...

But seriously I agree with you that Jai is treating Bani like a puppet and she gets up and down as per Jai's orders....Maybe because Bani believes in sanctity of marriage and holds herself and Pia responsible for Jai's anger and frustration.. Mind you she responds furiously when Jai does evil to Pushkar..

Bani before marriage was more fiesty then Bani after marraige and that is what marriage does to you, you start thinking of your spouse's point of view and happiness first...

I think Jai is more vocal when he is vengefull and hurt then when he is happy and appreciative... he cannot express himself the way we want him to but when he yelled at Jigz today in support of Bani and stood by her when Jigz threatened to walk out of the house spoke volumes about his respect and love for Bani...Will he express it to her when they are alone? yes as MT's khabari suggested that the scene has been shot... I have my doubts as to whether Bani will accept his love after all said done..she is probably hurt deeply and will need more convincing from Jai...

and then there is one more Mahaan act for Bani to do..to bring Jigz back and restore walia family unity.. arghhh I hope not...
