My Exercise Regime
Before Maryada I was incredibly regular with my workouts but it is difficult to manage now. I've deviced a new workout routine to exercise in-between shots or dance when I'm done from shoot! I always hated going to the gym and still do. So I try incorporating workouts in my daily life as I can't find time for personal training like earlier.
My Diet
It consists of six small meals. I'm a foodie so not eating or starving to look thin is tough! I eat small meals from time to time... Steer clear from red meat as it doesn't suit my system for some weird reason! But I love sea food, grilled/ roasted chicken and fish.
My problem areas
My lower body isn't really a problem but it requires extra emphasis and workout. It differs from my upper body. So you can imagine how difficult it is for me to not lose too much on my arms and torso and how to lose weight from my legs that is the problem.
My Strengths
Luckily my upper body (arms, torso, back) is mostly fit and even with little exercise the result shows.
My Favourite Celeb Body - Male
Akshay Kumar. Every hero can and seems to be making a body these days. But I truly admire him because fitness is a way of life for him. And I really think he lives the healthiest from whatever I've read of him and also seen in the reality shows he hosts! He knows his stuff where fitness is concerned and that I feel is awesome!
My Favourite Celeb Body - Female
Maliaka Arora. I admire her for her fitness and her dedication towards it, inspite of being a mother. And also because like me, her problem area is her lower body. So are Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian my body structure is a lot like theirs. I feel immensely happy when they are appreciated!
