Arnav has some type of Khushi detection spell woven inside him which picks up her scent from the air...here it picked up her 'ehsaas'.. lol... but what if La had called... she won't assume anything wrong cause she knows both of them hate each other!

It was a cute scene, I love how he repeated her dialogues from when he called her and wouldn't say a thing -- too good. Khushi was adorable wondering how Arnav realized it was her
