Madhu goes to the room and starts calling for Leela. Leela comes there. He is surpised to see her wide awake. Leela tells him that she did not take the medicine as she wants to see a doctor. Madhu is very happy and tells her that he will come with her. She refuses saying that he has lost so much time at work due to her, she does not want him to loose anymore. She will go with Choti. Madhu agrees unwillingly.

Leela and Choti wait for Kirti at the hospital. They make a couple of inquires but cannot find anything. Then they see Kirti coming and talking to the receptionist. They hide and watch Kirti. Kirti then starts going inside the hospital but stops at the hospital Mandir and prays. Leela and choti are surprised. Leela realizes that Kirti was fooling her and pretending to be a ghost. They follow Kirti inside.

Kirti stops in front of a door and looks in their direction. They hide quickly. Kirti goes in to the room. They go towards the room and are trying to peek in, when a doctor and Kirti come out. Doctor gives Kirti a prescription and tells her to get the medicine. Kirti goes to get the medicines.

Leela and Choti in the patient's room. Leela is surprised to see the patient and recognizes her as Prabhavati. Choti asks her who is Prabhavati. Just then a nurse comes there. Choti apologizes for being in the wrong room and the nurse shoos them away. Once they are outside Leela tells choti that Prabhavati is from Gondal. She is the girl who Madhu was supposed to marry before he married her. Prabhavati and her family wanted to Madhu to be ghar-jamai. Baa and Madhu refused and the alliance broke up. After that Madhu married Leela. Last Leela knew of Prabahvati was that she was forcefully married to someone by her parents.

Choti sees Kirti coming and they hide again. Kirti goes in the room and they list to the conversation from outside. Nurse gives Prabhavati an injection and she winces in pain. Kirti says she will make Leela suffer for her pain. Madhu refused to marry Prabhavati due to Leela and Leela must suffer for that. She feels/sees someone is peeking the room. She goes out to check but cannot see anyone. She looks around but no success.

Leela says she will get a confession from Kirti at home. Choti says that Kirti can make up a story in front of everyone. Leela says as long as Kirti does not know that they know, she will not have time to make up a story. Choti talks about exposing her to everyone. Leela refuses. She says Devang loves Kirti and she does not want to hurt him. She will confront Kirti in private. For that, she has to get everyone out of the house except Kirti and herself. Choti agrees with her plan

At home Baa, Sejal, Koyal, Devang, and Harsh are worrying about Leela's whereabouts as it is late. Madhu comes from work and they ask him. He also does not know. Harsh starts to call the hospital when Leela comes in looking weak and supported by Choti. They tell that doctor gave Leela a strong medicine and she is feeling very sleepy now. Leela tells them she will be fine. Choti tells her not to hide anything and tell family the truth. Baa asks what truth. Choti tells that situation is serious as the disease is in its second stage. Everybody is shocked.

Precap: Leela has a large container in her hands and she pours all its contents on top Kirti's head. Kirti is surprised and asks her what is this. Leela tells her this was kerosene. Last time Kirti set fire and now it was her turn.
