This post is for all those related to the FF's here ! Both writers and readers !

There are some AWESOME writers on this forum which we all agree on but I dont think they are getting the recognition that they deserve ! And thats a bad thing !

Some reasons of why I think is because the fan following of RBO from the beginning is not as much as other serials so we have less members. Then we lost some members along the way. Now members are leaving as the show has ended and there is not much activity seen. It is so sad !

And this in one way or another is affecting our writers ! Which I think is not good on any of them ! They are ALL wonderful ! I mean come on ! All FF readers have to admit that we have some AMAZING writers on this forum. Sometimes it is right for them to feel insecure when they see decreased activity.

LOL well the whole point of this is that I have a suggestion ? I personally do not want any of the FF's to leave from this forum or relocate as this is the home of ShaNak ! So I was wandering it what about if someone opens a thread there called something like RBO FF's and then we can post the links there of every FF here along with a short description of what it is about ? That way we can increase the recognition of these writers ? And maybe of RBO forum ?

What do you guys think ?

P.S. I hope I have not offended anyone. I just love this forum too much and I want the best for its members in whatever they do and whatever way they contribute in keeping ShaNak alive 😊

P.P.S. I'm willing to make this thread if you FF writers give me permission 😊

Yeah I agree with you there Ramani 😊

They dont have to say anything !

Even a like will do !

I know when I see a silent reader on my OS updates I do a little dance ! 😆

Thanks for thinking so much about everyone !!

Even I have been advised to take my FFs to FanFiction site as I posted in simi's thread too but I was apprehensive !!!

Personally I feel, that every writer has a few devoted readers who wait for updates, read every update as soon as it is posted, press 'like', comment regularly, ask for updates, send pm's, hunt for you when you are absent and make you write and complete your FFs...these readers are the lifeline of a writer !!

And as I writer I know who they are...here or there...they will be the same...for others, I really don't care !!!

But it is a good idea to post links there at FF site so that awareness increases as random visits to this forum have decreased from other forum members, due to forum being archived !!!
As previously I used to get a lot of pm's from members of other forums which have now decreased !!!

@ Bold - I agree with you there Manita ! Full on ! But I'm talking as a reader now (since I dont count myself as a writer 😆) when we read you guys' stories it makes US think you lot should get more recognition for your talents ! Plus the activity of the forum is decreasing maybe we can get more members that way too !

well said ani..i have always said that this forum has awesome bunch of writers n they deserve recognition.as i said yesterday in simi's HAA thread yesterday other forum has more members n they get more likes..our writers r no less to them..but he we dont even cross 50 likes..

As a reader, though I am unable to read most of the times and am mostly a latecomer everywhere, but yes, I agree there Anisah !!!

As I said before, random visits from other forum members have decreased...some silent readers click on every forum and fan fiction site and hunt for long running FFs...I have friends who do that...but as our forum has archived, those visits have decreased and many members have moved on to other forums...the readership as such has decreased though the number of clicks is still the same...I am surprised !!!

Mainly its because of RBO's popularity. I hate to admit it but compared to other shows it is not so popular and I have come to terms with it ! But that doesnt mean we should let this forum die ! Personally RBO and the forum is something that I will ALWAYS cherish in my heart. You know, its kinda like that special thing you have which only you and a few other people enjoy it to the fullest ! Its not popular but its something you can call yours ! We are a small group in this forum compared to others but I LOVE it ! We all have a laugh ! Its a place that I come to free myself of my real world and enter my virtual world LOL where I can be exactly how I want to be because people love me for that ! 😆 (You do love me guys dont you ? 🤔😆)

LOL ! I think the main reason I created this post is because of how the forum is becoming less active . As well as for the writers !

Yes Manita ! If we post our FF links on the FF forum I'm sure we will get more members ! And then to liven up the forum we can have like a weekly thing where we gather together and do something like drool ! My friend is not even on IF and I recommend the stories to her ! I told her to read one completed one and she read the first chapter and was like 'OMG ! Shes such a good writer !'
