You know, these topics make me feel I can guess which age/stage/status of the forum members ...It's very revealing!

I agree with Shaina/spdp's opinion here...My mom knowing=My dad knowing too...However, as a mom, I can decide to handle stuff independently and so does my hubby if we know the issue will push our respective "hot buttons"!... 'Sometimes, I decide to mull things over for a while and wait for an opportune time before rushing to tell all...Being honest is one thing but being wise as to time, place and situation is important too...IMO it's not hiding but biding my time...After all, discretion is the better part of valor😊
