Written Update:17th August-AnXmi's first true hug!

Dadaji & Dadi are fighting in full steam. AnXmi come running down the stairs, with Laxmi going to Dadi & Angad trying to pacify Dadaji. Mahen & Uttang are observing from their hiding place. Dadi says she is happy Laxmi came to her as from now on, she will stay in Laxmi's room. Dadaji furiously shoos her away & Angad has to physically control Dadaji!! 😆 Dadaji is shouting & telling Angad that did u see her attitude? Women are like that only!!Angad asks him to calm down, but Dadaji refuses to sit or cool down till Dadi comes to appease him. Dadi rushes to Laxmi's room & angrily says that till Dadaji doesn't apologise till then she wont even think about him, leave alone talk to him! She asks Laxmi to inform Dadaji about her decision. Laxmi tries to say something, but Dadi sends her off & when she goes away, Dadi grins mischeviously. There Angad tells Dadaji that he will return in 2 mins. AnXmi meet on the stairs, each going to the other grandparent. They look at each other sternly, turn their faces & then proceed. Before Laxmi can say anything to Dadaji, he starts off saying that Dadi doesn't care about his self-respect at all! There Angad tries placating Dadi but she refuses to listen, mentioning her self-respect. She says how long will she keep on appeasing him? Laxmi tells Dadaji to relax & not to fight on small things. She asks him to cool down & think whether he can stay without Ba? He looks away sternly. Angad makes Dadi sit & again asks her to give up her steam….meaning…he asks her to cool down!😆 She agrees but doesn't know how to approach Dadaji. She says that previously she would give him a flower to please him. Angad comments that even though the gesture is sweet, isnt it mostly husbands who give flowers to wives? In any case, he offers to get the flower for her. Downstairs, Dadaji says he'll let it go only if the first step towards a reconciliation is taken by Ba, as, it is against his pride to seek forgiveness a second time around. Laxmi says you shouldn't think like that since you & Ba are same, so your self-esteems are same too. Dadaji agrees. She realises that this applies to her too. 😳 She continues to make dadaji see some sense, but just then Angad comes with a flower & stops on the bottom stairs. Dadaji again gets mad & says he will not talk as Dadi sent Angad as a messenger/courier boy!!! 😆 He refuses to go to Angad & Laxmi asks should she go? He sends her off…She approaches Angad who gives her the rose…She smilingly looks up at him. 😍Dadaji,Uttang & Mahen look on expectantly. Angad tells her not to smile so much as the flower isn't for her.😲 It was sent by Dadi for Dadu. Laxmi taunts him that she knows he will never give her flowers! He says you'll behave like this & expect flowers? Laxmi asks what did she do? Angad reminds her how she shouted at him. She also retorts back saying that she did try to placate him & did say sorry. Dadaji smiles! Angad says and you couldn't try again?? I even offered you dhoklas!!😆..as if that counts!! She says what about me offering you tea, didn't you put it aside too?😃 He grumbles that he is tired of being angry & asks her to apologise. She holds her ears, but then says that she will apologise on one condition that he promises not to ignore her. He agrees. She holds her ears & says sorry. He says ok & gives her the rose. Both smile. Mahen, Uttang, Dad i upstairs & Dadaji downstairs are happy. Gosh what an ossum scene!! I was laughing all the way...!!👍🏼 Only couldnt understand how did Kaaveri amma, Shobna, Raandal & Minu resist the urge to see what the commotion was about???!!😕

AnXmi are in their room when Laxmi wonders why Dadaji-Dadi fought. Angad smiles & says he has understood now that they were pretending to resolve AnXmi's fight. Just then, Shobna knocks on their door & seeks permission to come in. AnXmi look at each other & then at Shobna. (They took so much of time to decide what to do...if i were Shobna I would have been offended that they didnt let me come in immediately!!!😉 ) Laxmi starts going out of the room. Shobna stops her & says you need to hear what I have to say too. Shobna then goes up to Angad & apologises. AnXmi are stunned. She continues that she is still mad at him for the way he spoke to her. Angad apologises too in return, & says that he wanted everyone's happiness. Shobna stops him & says that today is her day to speak. 😲🥱 She says that she should have found happiness in his happiness. She shocks them by saying that she wants to accept both of them & holds Laxmi's hand & brings her to where Angad is standing. She smiles sweetly at Laxmi & apologises. Laxmi is crying. Shobna says she admits she didn't like her, but now accepts her as her DIL.Wud have been so nice if she meant it!! Laxmi stops Shobna from continuing further & says they should be the ones apologizing. (Oh God..what an apologetic family!!😆) Shobna says they'll begin afresh from that moment on. She proceeds to take off her bangles & gives them to Laxmi to mark her acceptance. Angad wipes tears from his eyes. Shobna asks them what are they waiting for & when they dont get it, she asks them to touch her feet. they comply instantly. She then goes away & Angad immediately hugs Laxmi with relief...or mebe more!! Haiii??? 😲 Didn't c that coming….fanning my faint heart….😳 Reshmi kyu ho gayi bg is back…!!! Laxmi realises Angad is hugging her, but Angad is oblivious for few more secs. 😳😳(I know I shouldn't comment, but everytime the camera moved, the hug changed…sometimes near, sometimes afar…kyu CVS? Didn't think I would pick it up???!!!😆…but finally an AnXmi hug!! Yipeee!! Keep changing the angles…who cares) Angad finally realises what he was doing & lets go of Laxmi. She smiles shyly & runs away leaving a smiling Angad behind.

Laxmi runs down & hugs Kaaveri happily. Kaaveri says she knows its because she resolved her fight with Angad. Laxmi says apart from that Shobna accepted her as her bahu & gave her the bangles. Angad comes down & Dadaji, Dadi, Uttang & Mahen hear that too. Everyone is happy. Shobna comes down the stairs & then seeks forgiveness from Kaaveri who hugs her. Tej looks from above & thinks that even though both are related by blood, their natures are so different. The way Shobna is hugging it feels she will rip someone's throat apart.😈 Shobna's drama continues & she seeks forgiveness as a devrani & a samdhan. She wants another chance to make amends. Kaaveri says she is happier than AnXmi as she has found her elder sister after ages. She then apologizes for her mistakes as well. Dadi knows Shobna better than that & wants to know whats in Shobna's heart? Luv u Dadi!!! Somone shud smell the rat!! Shobna says she is seeking forgiveness na. Dadi comments that she can't digest this change in Shobna's attitude. Shobna agrees that when a bad person turns over a new leaf, he/she is still subjected to suspicion & claims that God knows that she is now changed. Dadi just smiles. Tej again thinks to himself that this lady has deceived God too as she is still festering hatred in her heart. Kaaveri requests Dadi to quit her skeptism & sweeten up like Shobna. Laxmi also joins Kaaveri in placating Dadi. Dadi smiles & looks at Shobna who is trying to look as if she is repenting.

Precap: Dadaji, Dadi, Uttang, Mahen, Kaaveri are in the aangan where Shobna is offering curd to Laxmi as she is going out for some auspicious work. Angad comes in between, wanting to eat the spoonful, but Shobna reprimands him as she wants to feed Laxmi first. Tej is standing by a pillar & says that before sacrificing a lamb, it is fattened just like this.
