i don't agree with u being a punjabi doesn't mean u have to be a sikh anyone who lives in punjab can be punjabi either if he is a muslim or hindu. i am a hindu punjabi my family including me was born in punjab n we speak punjabi fluently so we call ourselves punjabi even tho we are hindus but we are still identified as punjabi's. our religion is different but our customs n traditions are fully punjabi i can't even speak fluently hindi since i speak punjabi most of the time. some punjabi's one of my friends they are jats but they do speak hindi-punjabi mix at their house so there are diff types of punjabi's in the world, sometimes ppl do tell me why are u speaking punjabi when u are a hindu since i speak punjabi fluently they get confused 😆

They are punjabi because Kapoor's roots are originally from Punjab. They speak in hindi because they live in Mumbai. Being hindu and being punjabi is different. Just because ur hindu doesn't mean you cannot be punjabi. Alot of hindu's from Punjab refer themselves as Hindu Punjabi because by religion they are hindu but by culture they are punjabi. You don't have to be Sikh to be Punjabi.. you could be Christian or Muslim and belong to Punjab. Please be open to cultures and try to understand them before you come up with your own judgments. Hope that was clear enough :)

just for your info..they are not "SiKH's", but hindu punjabis...there can be people from punjab, who have the same 'culture' though they may not be a sikh..so kapoors can be punjaabi's..please get your facts right before putting up such posts...
