I think people need to know that when she says they are all not from the same father she means her mother probably went through a few divorces and what not. She isn't implying that her mother was in a 'polygamous' marriage.

I'm guessing only Katrina is Mohammed Kaif's daughter, explaining her indian looks. I don't know isabelle's age, but you only need to calculate how much younger she is than katrina to knwo if she is katrina's half sister or if she too is Mr.Kaif's daughter.

I don't get the big deal though, it seems as though her mother has been through a lot raising 8 girls on her own. We should admire her rather than feel disgusted that her daughters all don't share the same father.
