Written Update July 15, 2011 - Completed

Raman says not a single person said negative things about the family except that they are old-fashioned, but everyone said that there is not a better guy than Kunal. He asks Dushyant to let him deal with the dowry demand. Sudha continues expressing doubt and Paan Baa supports her, he says he has done full inquiry and if they find other guys will their parents not ask the same questions of them? At least Kunal is a good guy and he has gone against his parents and asked for Talli's hand, can they trust someone else as much, and will Talli like another guy, at least she likes Kunal. Paan Baa supports him, he says that if they delay further they will lose Kunal and Talli will lose him. Sudha is scared of causing Talli another heartbreak and agrees. Talli overhears all this. Raman says he will call them agreeing with the match, Talli goes to her room crying. Jamna is super happy. I know where this is going - this is scenario 2 in my update yesterday. Kunal is somehow either a bad guy pretending to be good and wants a meek wife like Talli who will keep quiet about his affairs, or he is connected with Durgesh, Gulaal may find out and stop the wedding and Dulli will happen, else the CVs would not have focused so much on Kunal and his family.

Kesar comes there with a bouquet of white roses, Jamna asks who these are for, Kesar looks at her then at Gulaal and he keeps looking awkwardly from one to the other, Gulaal has her stern expression back in place, Jamna understands completely, Kesar says he brought for everyone and gives a few to Jamna then to Sudha. Jamna says she doesn't like white flowers, he tells her that all colors are hidden in white. Kesar then sweetly goes to Gulaal and gives her a big bunch, Gulaal hesitates holding back and keeps looking at him then off, his smile fades a little and he looks like he is wondering if she will accept the flowers and he wants her to really badly, its as if he is saying how can you not accept it, Jamna tells her he brought with so much love so take it, Gulaal accepts the flowers. Jamna tells him happily that Talli accepted the marriage proposal. Kesar is shocked and not happy and he runs to look for her.

Talli tells him she is very happy, Kesar says but their family, she says if Kunal likes her she will win the family over. He tells her she will not be happy there, she says how can he be so sure, sometimes it happens the other way around where the family is good but if your spouse doesn't reciprocate your love nothing else matters, and she looks at Kesar - her statement applies to his hesitation in marrying her, Sudha's situation, and Gulaal's situation. Wow Talli, three birds with one stone. She asks him not to worry, Kunal likes her and she will be happy with him and assures him. He tells her that her happiness is evident on her face, Kunal is a good guy and he wants both to be happy. She then asks for the flowers in his hands and he gives them to her. She turns around and cries and holds the flowers close to her heart, Kesar's smile fades into worry and he senses her pain, he asks what happened, she gives him her engagement ring back, he looks at her his guilt written on his face and realizing that she is in the same pain as he is, she tells him he put it on her during their engagement, he feels the full force of the guilt and takes the ring, flashbacks to the engagement. Kesar expressions are SUPERB, easily transitioning from one emotion to the other. Both Kesar and Talli are in the same boat, the difference being that Talli is willing to sacrifice herself but Kesar isn't.

She tells Kesar that she is giving him the ring so he doesn't think she took his stuff to her husband's house. Kesar forces out a laugh and tells her good she remembered else she would have really taken it with her. She tells him he is still wearing the ring she put on him and asks for it back, then she says if he doesn't return it he should take it off. She tells him that they put the ring on the ring finger because its nerve goes straight to the heart, so if you wear a ring on this finger of your lover that person will fall in love with you. He removes it, she says good thing he removed it else a few more days and he would fall in love with Talli, then pushing back her tears in her eyes but with a smile plastered on her face she calls him dabloo but her voice is heavy with tears. Kesar looks at her ridden with guilt at causing this innocent girl so much pain. I don't get it - are they showing the guilt because he may end up okaying his marriage with her when if Kunal doesn't work out? He asks what, she says she is not dabloo, he is, he keeps looking at her shocked. She tells him to ask his coin and runs away.

Gulaal is in the kitchen and recalls her friends' words about Kesar's love, she is coming to terms with the presence of his LOVE. Kesar runs after Talli, she keeps calling him dabloo, he asks if she knows the meaning and keeps running after her. He sees Gulaal trying to pick up something heavy in the kitchen and runs to offer help, she says she will do it, he says he knows but it is heavy and hot, and snatches it from her, he picks up the utensil of hot water and says its so heavy, how will she do it, and fills up the bucket. He asks if her work will never end, she does everything alone, she says she is used to it and has always been doing it, he says not anymore, she doesn't need to do it and should call him for heavy work. Talli comes running saying dabloo has come here now, he looks at Gulaal's stern face and says Talli has become very naughty, she tells him Mota Bha is calling him. he doesn't believe her, she says she swears on him, he still doesn't believe and complains to Gulaal who ignores him, she says how can she lie while taking his swear, he should not later scold her why she didn't tell him about Mota Bha, and leaves. He tells Gulaal looks like she is telling the truth, she ignores him, he becomes vulnerable and asks what happened, she tells him to go to Mota Bha and he leaves. She then flashbacks to her friends' words again.

Precap: Its raining outside (again another confrontation and reality check). Gulaal asks Kesar why is he taking so much care of her likes and dislikes, why is he doing everything that she likes, what does he want to prove. Hearing this last part Kesar smile leaves his face and he is stunned. She tells him he took her to the panchayat to break the deeyarvattu, whether... I think she says whether he has some other intentions behind his actions. Oh God Gulaal, grow up woman, wake up and smell the coffee.
