I have a view idea's on who Shyam really is:

I was thinking that Shyam could be Arnav and Anjali's cousin.. The son of their chacha, who has probably come to get revenge or something
He could be Anjali's husband with no ulterior motives
It could also be that he is their cousin but they don't know that, and that's how he married Anjali
He could just be some random guy who married Anjali for money, but never loved her, which would be reasonable as he is now in love with Khushi
Or maybe he has no relation to Anjali..

Hope, he's not Anjali's husband but the way he reacts by seeing Raizada family members , seems like he's Anjili's husband.
