No posing with baby bump says Aishwarya Rai

Aishwarya Rai is reportedly turned down three offers to show off her baby bump in revealing magazine photoshoots. International celebrities like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Demi Moore and several others appeared nude for magazine covers when they were pregnant. However, Aishwarya Rai does not seem to be interested in doing so, sources said.

A few international magazines, sources say, have already approached her to shoot for them with a baby bump and if sources are to be believed, Ash is not interested.

"Till now Ash is not keen on shooting with the baby bump. She knows top international magazines are scrambling for the same," says a source.

While Ash nowadays prefers to stay indoors and was not on Abhishek's side at a recent event at NCPA, Nariman Point on Sunday, Abhishek confirmed that both the baby and the mother are doing fine. "She is doing well very well. Thank you for all your wishes," said Abhishek.

However, she has apparently decided to meet a section of her fans during pregnancy. "She was very sorry when she learnt that police had to use force to disperse the fans who had gathered outside Jalsa to congratulate her. The Juhu police station had sent a representative to apologise for the incident. She wants to thank all her fans who had come to see her last Sunday. She will communicate soon to her fans as well," says a close friend of the actor.

I don't understand why the police get so heavy handed. Unless a fan is trying to get in or misbehave, I don't see the problem if they're standing outside the freakin house. Big deal. Bloody pendoos.

Gah "baby-bump" is such a fugly new thing they've picked up. And really why should she show off her pregnancy figure to the public at large?Her pregnancy is a personal, not a public event.
