My assumptions:

1)I think he has worked on cases for the ASR company and is their business lawyer?

2)He could also be someone that has been kicked out of the company

3)He probably knows a deep dark secret (of the past, since he is a lawyer)

4)Maybe he was a driver or driver's son, since he has a long drivers' license memorized😆 (I don't even know my own cars plate number, which is 3 numbers and 3 letters) 😆

5)He is related to Arnav, through his dad's side <---my 1st guess

he's gotta be related to arnav in some sorta way and badly wants revenge i guess...

Hopefully he is related in a way other that ASR's brother in law. Cuz his sister is really sweet, and i wouldn't want her to get hurt. But they def know each other because of the look shyam gets on his face when Khushi talked about ASR. Oh, and that whole memorize the license plate number thing.
