I do not know if I can blame Nishant for walking out because I do not know what really happened. You have to hear both sides. When Sara walked out on a new director, I did not blame her either. At the same time I do not condone this behaviour. Also at times it is better to walk away in a very tough situation...let it cool. I wish things get sorted out.
As for the debate going on in this thread between rayadallie and swatipatel14...I do remember rayadallie commenting on Sara when she walked out...I dislike her even more... I know raydallie dislikes Sara from her other posts too.
All I want is everyone to be fair.

U probably misunderstood all of my comments before. What I am trying to say here, is that it now seem to me that the problem lies with the producers and not the actors(which includes sarah) since this situation happened with Priyal, sarah and now Nishant. At the time when sarah walked out, I thought it was her fault but now a third person( who happens to be Nishant) in such a short time paints a different picture. I hope I have cleared the doubts in your mind.

For the benefit of all PLEASE READ MY FIRST POST under this topic. I am not supporting anyone so I dont understand how people are mis-interpreting what I mean.

In terms of the other issues, u all would have read my comments. I rest my case

How are you sure that it is the producer's fault? We haven't heard their side of the story. Maybe they are working with difficult stars. It's funny people are telling me not to make assumption about Nishant. Yet aren't you making assumptions about the production team?

The good managers should be able to manage difficult and not so difficult stars or actors. The easy stars don't need any skills to manage. If more than one star keeps on having problem with management then they are not good managers.

Nobody is making any assumptions, we are looking at the facts and fact is that more than one actors is having problem with them. Good managers can make all kind of workers work. Keeping staff happy and motivated is the fundamental management skill. If your important workers quit then it is time to change the mangement.
