I am not surprised at all. Rumor has it Nishant was acting like a diva on the sets. He even bashed Sara in an interview and gossiping about her behind her back.. I like him as Anukalp, but good riddance. This behavior is very unprofessional.

I am guessing Anukalp is going to do disappering act until they find a new recast. Maybe have Mona make comment on screen that Anukalp left on a business trip. I am sure the CV's will be creative 😆.

Edit: I just found out who his new boss is. Poor Anukalp, maybe he gets shipped off to Siberia. Mona will be all alone and need comforting 😉.

First it was Priyal and the producers then Sarah and the producers and now Nishant and the producers. Who is common in all the issues here? THE PRODUCERS.

I think this is a classic case of the producers needing to learn to deal with their staff in a better and professional Manner. the show is nothing with the producers only or the actors only. Its Team work and one need the other in order for the show to be a success. But it seem to me that the producers feel that they can do it all alone and treats the actors as if they are less important.

I wish Nishant all the best in the future like I wished Priyal who has now essayed a role in a Sab TV Serial. As for RMJ, I wish that the producers wake up and get their act together for the betterment of this show. It was really a serial with a difference but it is fastly becoming a nightmare and with Nishant not there...

I personally do not support your comment in bold about Anukalp. He is one of the longest standing actor on the show and has gain a lot of people's confidence. The producers want to bully him into staying on the show but this type of tactic never work in real life. they should first think about the opportunity cost of letting him go.

If you think that he is unprofessional, i guess the same can be said for Priyal and Sarah

Maybe the same way Nishant got success in serial (RMJ), he can achieve it in Bollywood. I would never underestimate anyone's ability

I am sorry but I disagree with you. Nishant is causing problems, not production. Arriving late, leaving early, demanding a pay raise, and gossiping about you co-stars. Is this behavior professional? In fact, he is upseting everyone.

It seems like production is fed up with his behavior and confronted him. The producers are partly blamed for this current fight. However let's not sugar coat Nishant's diva antics.

Also yes I also think Priyal and Sara both acted unprofessional in the past too.

@Bold. This happens in EVERY work environment and not unique to RMJ sets. We are all humans.

Yes we all should constantly show up late to work then leave early, demand more money from our boss and then spread nasty rumors about our co-workers 😆
