Yes we all should constantly show up late to work then leave early, demand more money from our boss and then spread nasty rumors about our co-workers 😆

This is not a case of wrong or right. Its a case where we are all humans and we tend to react in certain ways when certain things happen. If everyone were to behave in the right and predictable way, then the world would have definitely been a better place. The point I am making is that Everyone backbites and its seen as an acceptable way of life. I can tell you a dog that brings a bone also carry one. When we talk about people its ok but when people talk about us its not. Its a part of life.

I am sure there are others on the set that get to work late and also leave early. Everyone has his/her own situation. Pointing fingers is not the right thing to do

Sorry I don't buy that. There is acceptable behavior and unacceptable behavior. We have control how we act toward others. We have control how react to the different situations. If we didn't society would be in choas.
As for everyone having problems with the producers only. That is incorrect. Sara had a problem with a guest director. In all her interviews, Sara speakes very highly of Rajita. Priyal upseted her fellow co-stars along with the production house.

I think this is a classic case of the producers needing to learn to deal with their staff in a better and professional Manner. the show is nothing with the producers only or the actors only. Its Team work and one need the other in order for the show to be a success. But it seem to me that the producers feel that they can do it all alone and treats the actors as if they are less important.

I wish Nishant all the best in the future like I wished Priyal who has now essayed a role in a Sab TV Serial. As for RMJ, I wish that the producers wake up and get their act together for the betterment of this show. It was really a serial with a difference but it is fastly becoming a nightmare and with Nishant not there...

I agree with..

The producers have to learn how to manage their staff better, they are obviously not doing something right that actors are quitting on them left and right. Something is not right with the management team.

You can have problem with one or two worker but this situation seems rampant. I think when they hire the newcomers as actors, the newcomers are very grateful and the producers can order them around but when newcomer make their mark they demand better
wages and treatment then the trouble starts.

Sara maybe producers favorite..you can never know what happened unless you hear both sides, or in the room when this happened. Sometimes it is better to leave in an explosive situation and let things cool down..

@rayadallie- First when Sara walked out of sets--I read one of your comments on the article saying you disliked her even more because of what she did..But now with Nishant doing the same..you dont find a fault?..
Wondering why?
