hi friends! i am new in this forum & well, since i havent seen the update for 23rd posted till now, decided to step in & just post it... i have put up my hand for future updates as well...so u mite as well be stuck with me for the tym being...tsk...tsk... no eggs pls... i am vegetarian... tomatoes chalega... they are expensive in my part of the world!😆 here goes the update...
The episode starts with family members walking in the hall, whilst Tej is sitting on the stairs in the hall.🤢 Vijay tells Tej that Meenaxi said that he asked Laxmi for money & Laxmi refused. Tej pretends to get annoyed at Minu for speaking about this. He pretends its no big deal if Laxmi refused.😡 When Vijay asks him to explain the situation, he(Tej) continues his sob story 😡😡that he has a childhood friend by the name of Satbir, whose dad had a heart attack. He needs 4 lakhs for his open heart surgery. He wanted to help his friend since that friend helped him in his hour of need. He carries on his drama saying that Laxmi is not at fault, so no one should say anything to Laxmi. He will manage the money somehow. (Drama company...🤬)Vijay steps in saying that this is about their respect which they will lose if their son in law takes loan from the market. (😲 how does a FIL lose respect if his Son-in-Law is trying to be self sufficient???? weird sense of respect!!) Vijay continues that Tej is however, still at fault as he should have come to him for money. Idiot Minu (brainless, self absorbed, bird!!🤢) steps in saying that he didn't want to take any obligations from his in-laws. Plus, Vijay wouldn't have taken money back as she wanted to borrow the money, hence her decision to go to Laxmi. She cries that cant she even ask for 4 lakhs from her own house?(koi isko leke jaao re...after marriage its a shame to ask your parents for money!!! y dont u duo work for a change if u need money!!!ugghhh!!) Shobhna ka anger is on breaking point & Vijay is angry as well. Shobhna taunts Laxmi that you talk high about sanskaars, but where are they that u speak to the son-in-law of this house like this? You want to assert your position, but remember that some elderly & more intelligent people still live in this house; Laxmi wants to clarify things, but Ba shuts her off saying that if Suraj can get the money then so can Tej. Kaveri is angry as well & tells Laxmi off. She asks Laxmi to get a cheque worth Rs 4 lakhs in Tej's name. Laxmi goes to get it. Kaveri asks Tej for forgiveness on Laxmi's behalf. Tej pretends to be mahaan & gives some blah dialogues. (Send this guy to the villages...he will do well in the nukkad wala nautankis...he does nautanki mei nautanki😆!!!)
Laxmi gets the cheque & is walking towards Tej who stops her. Tej gets a blank paper & signs on it after writing that he is taking a loan from them; he says he will accept the cheque only when they accept the paper. Kaveri asks Laxmi to handover the cheque. Shobhna stops Laxmi & says that she will have to apologise to Tej for her mistake. Tej says whats the need, but she insists that Laxmi should know how respectful Tej is.(yeah rite!!!meri jooti dekhi hai?woh bhi bahut respectful hai!!) Kaveri also insists on the apology. Laxmi folds her hands & apologises to Tej who says why are you embarrassing me by asking for forgiveness.😆sahi bola...uski aisi aukaat kaha?!!
Laxmi goes to her room, when Tej snickers in, displaying his true colours. He says that he got all that he wanted- money plus apology from her. If she doesn't want to repeat the insult she suffered outside again, then whenever he asks for whatever amount of money, she should comply with his wishes happily. Laxmi gives it back to him👏 uff...i almost thought the CT is gonna make Laxmi grovel for forgiveness Kekta style!! saying that what does he think, that if he was successful in getting the money out of her this once, will he be successful everytime? Overconfident Tej says definitely, that he will always win & she will have to always face humiliation.
Ba, Babuji, Vijay, Shobhna & Kaveri are sitting together where Shobhna & Vijay question whether they should have handed over the power of attorney to Laxmi. Vijay is actually more than little annoyed & walks off giving babuji some ultimatum (sorry,my video didn't have his entire dialogue)
Babuji wants the matter resolved asap & asks Kaveri to talk to Laxmi. Kaveri goes to Laxmi's room where the poor girl is crying & rolling diya's batti (err...whats the Eng word for baatti? the long cotton thing which you alight in the diyas?? Tej ke drama ne mere Eng ki waatt laga di😉). She talks v gently with her & tries to explain that even though Laxmi has been given some powers, when taking some big decisions, she should seek advice from the elders. She goes on to say that Tej is not a bad guy 🤬 & will not misuse their money(arrey at least ask the girl why she refused!!! not once anyone asked her that!!! kya bakwaas) Laxmi thinks that she cant explain what sort of person Tej is. Kaveri continues that she shouldn't dwell to much on whats happened, however, should always bear her words in mind. She sends Laxmi off to go & study as it shouldn't suffer because of all this.
Outside, Shobhna digs her claws in Kaveri & gives her a few pieces of her dirty mind.😡 She ends up saying that you are spoiling your daughter in law, but remember, that if she is your darling, then my daughter is dear to me as well! (Minu-Tej-Shobhna...made for each other!!!!Throw all 3 of them out of the house as well) Kaveri is all perplexed.
Tej is walking about, thinking aloud about his success when he looks up & sees Shobhna. She has heard his musings and says he lied for the money. Tej admits but spins another story 🥱 that he started a business in Meenaxi's name which is going in loss. Hence, he asked Laxmi for money but she refused flatly. Shobhna says you could have asked Vijay. Tej says but he would have given from his savings. He thought why not take it from the family's joint pool instead. But if you feel I am wrong, then I will return the cheque.🤬 Drama co. ka baap! Shobhna stops him & they both share evil smiles. On second thoughts, Minu ko hataao, these 2 r made for each other!! Poor Vijay...kahaa fassa??
Mahendra is teaching Laxmi but she is in her own world. He says that whatever happened was not good, but you're not paying attention when you are being taught- that is v bad too. Laxmi asks him is it necessary to fight against your own people? Isnt it ok to just be quiet or accept defeat against them once in a while? Mahendra says it all depends on the situation. If the situation warrants, then you should speak up. He cites Arjun's place in Mahabharat.
Precap:
Laxmi is talking to Randal and says that she also needs some support, someone who can guide her. A hand is shown pushing her door open & both the ladies stand up & smile at the person who's opened the door...now who could it be... Angad?Suraj? I know I know...Babuji!!!!😆😆
