Room-mates from...:):)

So Shaan and Khanak are now surrounded by too many people... each one, a namoona!!!

Imagine a diva like Khushi as a room-mate!😡

Add to that, a slacker like Adi, a guy with a good heart but too much confidence!

And then comes Pappi, the nosy one who always goes to the hostel warden or landlord, tells on his room-mates, like that annoying kid we hav all seen during school days- 'Miss Miss, so and so did this Miss, i saw it Miss' etc😆 Real annoyance! But he is also cute and such curly hair and wears green sandals, LOL...

Have you stayed in hostel/PG during college days? Have you had room-mates from hell or heaven?

I stayed in hostel during my MBBS !

I did have a room mate in 1 st year ! But thigs didn go well with her !

LIGHT was the main problem ! But we didnt fight .. we just silently parted ways !

But we had amazing time with the warden !

The college was a complete residential one.. everybody had to stay in the hostel !

Local students went home on the weekends !
The others stayed back !

On one such sat night..

BTW we have a TV for every floor in a centre hall !

So we asked one of the friends to get a DVD player from the boys hostel and we connected it to the tv... and started watching it ..

The movie NEW.. I think u know abt the movie..' Ahem Ahem'

Acc to the rules TV was supposed to be switched off by 10 pm and strictly nowatching movies on DVD players !

But still being the weekend.. we waited for everybody to go sleep and started to watch by 11. 30 pm

It was almost half way thru the movie... suddenly somebody told the warden is coming..

U should have seen us we fled like anything.. each one carrying something... the dvd player.. the cords. remote.. other DVD s ...food what not...

We fled like anything... some of us went and hid in the nearest room possible !

It was very dark and we also switched off the light in the room so that the warden assumed everyone slept !

What i realised that time was a BIG shock !

These girls in a hurry also carried off the TV from the central hall ! LOL

I was like why the hell is the TV here !

We were really scared !

What if the warden had found the TV missing ! Lol ! Even worse she wud have thought we took the tv to one of our rooms and that was going to be a bigger problem of indiscipline !

But the warden didnt realise and was sleep walking I guess !

So after some time we were signalled to come out !

Phew !

But this did not stop us we went ahead and watched the movie keeping guards on each floor ! Lol !

Another incident was GHOST stories !

Lmao !

It was during my first yr. during the study holidays !

After group studying session we parted for a break !

It was midnight !

I had gone to my room and was on the phone !

After the call when i went out ... the entire wing was abandoned ! Nobody was there !

So i moved to the wing where in one of the rooms we studeied together !

When i stepped into the wing .. there was just a faint bulb light.. no voices at all !

So i went to the room where I had left my books thinking my friends would have slept over the books while reading !


But i was wondering why the door was locked.. usually we keep the doors opened while studying so that if we doze off somebody will come and wake us up !

SO ya I knocked the door softly !

There was a loud scream that followed ! Really LOUD scream ! I was shocked to death standing alone on the dimly lit hallway !

But soon I recovered myself and guessed my friends wud hace been talking GHOSt stories to stay awake !

So i yelled back telling its me.. Idiots.. open the door !

They opened the door with a lot of hesitation !

I saw 12 people inside that tiny room with books and pillows strewn all over the place !

I didn know whether to laugh cos my heart was still beating fast cos of the scream !

Then we continued with the stories !

But decided all of us will sleep together that night ! Lol !

So all of us slept in that tiny room crumpled up ! And yes we did not study that night after thT !

Lovely experience !

Thanks for sharing your experiences. Gosh... what stories you have... OMG😆 Priya, yours are remarkable. Am so jealous! My college life can only be labelled 'boring' compared to yours!

I have had room-mates but we were all quite similar in our habits and views, so had no problems with each other. I had a great 4 yrs but can't think of any remarkable incidents. Memory fading, LOL...

Some people also have strange landlords na... do talk abt them as well...😃
