do u guys think dat d judges were ryt in not selecting d girl just coz of her huge size...i mean i agree wid dem on dis.but she did actually perform very well

i wanted too know if u all think d same way...

i dont think her size had anything to do with her selection, the judges felt she cannot do anything other than hiphop and while she is extremely good at what she does, she migth not be versatile. We might question that premise, but at such an early stage it is difficult to question their decision, they after all are seasoned people

She should have been selected.

And as for versatility, there were alot of people who I thought could do only one style or maximum two.

I wanted her to get through, she had alot of rhythm in her body.

Anjana was very good, there is no doubt about that. I would have also loved to see her on the show. But she was not rejected because of her size.. it was clearly mentioned by the judges that they considered her as an inspiration to ppl who think dancing is for the slim ones only. They thought she was not versatile enough currently, but they also asked her to train herself in other styles also so that she can come back for the second season! The judges are pros in their fields and they know what they are doing. I do not think they would select or reject someone because of any other parameter than their dance.

I don't think Anjana was rejected because of her size. She's a good dancer, and both Farah and Vaibhavi said so many times. In her case, the main question was that of versitality.

She's a sweet girl, and it would have been nice to see her go on. But I'm sure she'll have better luck next time.
