Gulaal has always been in a state of denial about her relationship wrt deeyar-vatoo. She has been handling Kesar more like a younger brother / son. Whereas Kesar has accepted her as his wife since the deeyar-vatoo. Gulaal chose Kesar (to her advantage) to avoid a deeyar-vatoo with Dushyant, who had planned for it.
She has been controlling him since then and in that she chose a girl for him without ever consulting PaanBa, Kesar's own mother.
Lately Gulaal started becoming aware that Kesar is interested in her specially after the 'Chunari' when Kesar gave it to her instead of Talli. Gulaal did not want Talli to know about this and at the same time she wanted Kesar to focus onto Talli.
She was even scared that Talli may come to know about Kesar's interest in Gulaal but always cheered up Talli because she promised her marriage to Kesar since her childhood.
After the night episode where Kesar burns the Chunari and declares that he does not love Talli, Gulaal could feel that Kesar has lost her focus in Talli and she within herself knew that he wants to get closer to her. Then to top it up the meeting where Kesar questions Gulaal loyality and Gulaal not letting him take her charge leaves. This makes Kesar furious and suddenly he changes his stance to play her game.
Looking for the marriage date Gulaal wanted Kesar to marry Talli "assuming that Kesaris doing as per her say like in the past" She even agrees on the marriage date which is 2 days away.
Now this whole marriage ceremony, where almost the entire family is present and going through different rituals where Kesar shows his happiness and consent but internally he is disturbed and taking revenge from Gulaal. And suddenly Gulaal gives in and apologizes and even agrees to get away from his life. Now this development was a little unexpected for Kesar. To which he reacts in the 7th phera.
I was wondering that:
Is Gulaal responsible for all this?

Q1. in my opinion CVs have a tendency to stretch the drama to such an unbelievable level just to build the curiosity of the viewers, that they go outside the norms. Anything they do now to come out this 7th phera scenario, may be exciting and nail biting but would contain no rationale vis-a-vis the values of our society. How many men/women would want to end up in a situation like this?
Q2. Would it be possible for Gulaal, who has been denying him as her husband (from deeyar-vatoo) and any rights whatsoever, to accept him as her husband? It was strange for her to fast (varat) for him and Kesar was not comfortable about her touching his feet.
Q3. All this time Gulaal has been building Talli's expectations in spite the fact that Talli felt another woman in Kesar's life. Can Gulaal accept Kesar's pledge of accepting the husband-wife relationship knowing Kesar will then not marry Talli, and it was she who had been assuring Talli for this marriage?
Q4. How would Talli react? She always loved Gulaal and felt her loneliness which she had been telling Kesar also. Because of Gulaal promises, although she knew that Gulaal was Kesar's wife but since Gulaal never showed any interest, she was convinced that it was more of a paper marriage. She even told Gulaal when they both kept the varat, that this year she can do it but from next year onwards she (Talli) will be doing it. When Kesar snarles that 'Gulaal tum ne apni, meri aur Talli ki zindagi barbaad ki hai' it seems true. In the recovery scene from the 7th phera, Talli might come up and tell Gulaal that Kesar loves her, because she read the letters which she stole from Kesar's room.
The stage is set for tense furious drama. Gulaal decisions are about to blow up the whole family. Although Kesar will be blamed for this fiasco but in reality Gulaal in all her wisdom is turning out to be the black sheep of the family. With her decision making abilities she might agree that she will continue to be his wife but he should marry Talli also. MotaBha and the group may disagree with this.
The flip side is that now the cat is out of the bag. At least Kesar-Gulaal relationship will have a clarity.Whether they will be husband and wife or not. BTW, when Gulaal said she will be out of Kesar's life is not a valid statement, she knows that the show is named after her. Guess who will leave. š
If Gulaal agrees to be his wife then in the subsequent episodes about their breaking-into the relationship can have a touch of humor starting from the episode about their Suhaag Raat.
