The love triangle is definitely headed for an end - but in my opinion the issues hitherto were quite solvent, the real conflict shall begin here on. Kesar's real problem with Gulaal is not Talli in between, not Dushyant as he misled himself into believing, but Gulaal herself, and the existence and place of Vasant in her life - till date. Changing the perspective her mind has held onto all these years is what the real battle will be about - and although Gulaal would be capable of giving her very life to Kesar if she saw it as the one means to make peace in his life again, the only thing she isn't prepared to give him, is his precise and only expectation of her.

Its going to be quite the journey, and the interesting twist in the tale is how Gulaal doesn't have the usual qualms here - she's not going to deny Kesar her rights as a wife because of what the world will say, but because in heart of hearts, she has never really been in that place, and not for a second thought of it like that!

That said - wherever the Kesar Gul bond goes from here, will be interesting to watch - I honestly hope the CVs have a plan, and the plan does not remotely involve anything cliche and unrealistic like bringing Vasant back from the dead. they have their own demons to fight - without needing Vasant to appear in person - and I hope that is how the track shall proceed.

Btw, great post Len!

Couldn't agree more. Kesar's actual problem doesn't lie with Dushyant or Talli. Its Gulaal herself! He wants that position in her heart which she is not willing to give away to anyone but Vasant. He admires and appreciates the love Gulaal has for Vasant but at the same time he now craves that kind of love for himself too. He wants her to be as obsessed as he is about her and it frustrates him because she is not willing to respond in the manner he desires.

Gulaal's stance on 'moving on' is so clear that it really will be a journey to show her feelings turn in to something more.

we're on the same page mate! The (even more) interesting part is how I (personally speaking at least) as part of the audience find no hurry for them to actually get together lovey dovey - I think the journey so far, and more to come hereon, for them to reach there, if well drafted and executed, is what will take the cake!

The journey is always the most interesting phase 😉 Usually, once the lead couple gets together, the creatives always find a way to ruin the essence of the show and I really want the beauty of GK to stay intact.

Ditto that for me. I'd sooner watch the show end at a reasonable point, then have the CVs bring in unnecessary turns just to linger and exist! But hopefully, all that is still a while away!

The journey is very important in this show, and now its come to a point where its another phase happening with Kesar-Gulaal and to see this from Gulaal's pov now - and with this deeyarvatu issue again rising up

Lenzie😳
Yesterdays episode was beautifully done and of course the best thing was when Kesar himself stopped the wedding at the end.
I loved the whole saat phera and Kesar looking at Gulaal and thinking about his moments with her. Gulaal too was on edge throughout the wedding not knowing what was going to happen.
You know if you think about it, not many people were happy with the wedding happening. Motaba, poonamba and her family, even Paanba told Kesar he did not have to go through with it.
The last scene literally had me smiling and of course I cant wait for the precap tomorrow. But its the repercussions for everyone afterwards that will be intersting.
Poor Talli...she was so nearly married...it is going to be devastating for her. And I think its going to change Sudha seeing her daughter like that. And the rest of the family I think are just bewildered at this point!
And of course Kesar and Gulaal are going to have to deal with keasrs confession!
This show is just getting better!

Thanks

Exactly, now some of the consequences of dealing with what is happening is going to happen and so on, and what happens next
