Thats not how Madiha looks now, shes super skinny, the anorexic kind, and thats not beautiful..

Top 3 for me is Sanam Saeed, Alishba Yousuf, and Mahira Khan...but u have a nice top 10 too =)

Mm I don't really have a list of 10. But I think Shaista Wadi is quite beautiful and then after that would be Iman Ali, Syra Yousef and Sanam Saeed?
For some reason I find it hard to rate someone as beautiful b/c well firstly everyone has different opinions on beauty and secondly in today's day and age grooming, clothing, make up and a cameraman (if you're an actress) can make a world of difference. So it's hard to really rate beauty. It really is all about presentation.
