@ the bold parts: BRAVO! That person might have even been a hypocrite to boot. *rolls eyes* Most of the people who make stupid comments like that probably only see physical beauty in others while expecting others to see their inner beauty.

Our support is merely the result of your hardwork. You are such an inspiration. & I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised when I got here tonight. It is almost completely different to what it was just a couple of weeks ago. Like bavdfan said, the forum has truly bloomed under your tutelage!

I am tired of the Ekta Maiyya type of serials on tv. Not that I watch much. The mere fact that BAVD has a Little Person in the lead makes it a top show for me!

And it has such potential, that I can't bear the thought that it may end sooner than it should because society has its head so far up it's own ***, it's a wonder it can see where it's going at all! 😡. And so people turn off because it questions them about themselves. Meh!

hey aimin, great post...i have come across it today...loved it!!

it is genuinely heartening to know, there are awe inspiring stories of love, commitment and loyalty where the biases matter no more... there is cynicism, there is hate and prejudice but there are still wonderful people around...this is, perhaps the reason why the system is still working...but yes i agree, those numbers have been out beaten by the overwhelming masses who suffer from their inner fears, who have a limited vision, and who cannot comprehend to think beyond a certain point...
on a philosophical note, can we change that mind set? i personally think, NO...but can we make a difference, YES!!
the very concept of BAVD has made a difference; and i salute juhi for coming out to practically demonstrate it... hats off to vikrant for his vision to think out of the box of a conventional hero... and great appreciation to the creator of the show for conceiving the idea and making it a possibility...

OK, for all those who are unaware, Vikrant and Juhi also have fan pages on IF.

Kareena Kapoor, I hated her passionately until I met her. She is one of the sweetest lady actors I have met (Aishwariya was very nice but I wouldn't call her 'sweet'). Kareena became tolerable after her movie DEV. I loved Karisma Kapoor but even she was nothing if you compare Juhi's work today.
