Dear Friends,

Do Ladies in the party only discuss marriages and weddings. Are all PYT only after eligible bachelors, whatever age without a focus of one's career and life...Is Ekta Kapoor making her version of Pride and Prejudice for foolish mother and the constant talk on marriage at this age and time? Well whereas Pride and Prejudice is a classic, BALH...weeelll...aaj ki do baatein...

1) Must confess I never knew at this age and time in big parties people are constantly discussing marriage and how to catch eligible bachelors. I am not a social butterfly so whatever little parties I do attend, people seem to discuss their working life, their last holiday and some experience of day to day running. I am fedup with this constant talk of 'shaadi' overdressed ladies, mothers looking younger than daughters, poor script writing and loud mouths...

2) I liked the interaction of Priya and Vikram, I am ready to accept a just Priya but not a Mahaan Priya, I have become allergic to 'Mahaanta' after watching hindi soaps...so this Priya fighting for her rights, her father's rights is acceptable but bearing all nonsense just for the heck of it is not okay.

Last but not the least, I quite liked the girl playing Natasha, I liked her casting, she has a spark, maybe her character has some shades of grey but I do like that sort of characters, makes them interesting. I even liked her assistant, I think he / she did a wonderful job in the little role he/she played with apt expressions much better than screetching ladies.

Ok I have to check out Natasha...see if there is trace of Jigyasa in her...I am seeing traces of Ekta's famous soaps. I am waiting to see how Kartik's entry will be...remember Tarun Tin...he takes of his shirt and shakes his hair sends water flying and girls ogling in his office...for heavens sake what high profile lawyer would strip in his office cause he got caught in a rain shower?

Hey Tin gr8 topic. I was actually looking forward to your take on today's epi. The episode was good atleast better than yesterday. I dont understand why all the people keep discussing about marriage? Come on dont they have anything else to discuss. How about ram dev baba? Jokes apart but ya the marriage thingy is getting repetitive.
Even i liked the convo between vikram and priya. Quite a rational convo except one thing which is priya's notion about rich ppl. So she used to think rich ppl are more generous(bade logon ko dil bada hota hai) but she was proved wrong by ram. Sorry priya but i think you dont watch k soaps because in every other k soap rich ppl are generally ruthless. Ekta needs to work on the screenplay. Some of the dialogues are really good but some sound so unrealistic.

I liked Natasha's character. And i think the girl who is playing the role of natasha did full justice to the character. The character is quite intriguing.
As far as kartik is concerned, i was never fond of his acting but the guy's acting skills have improved drastically. And he looks hot in black..eee..lol
The only thing which pissed me off was the hit and miss scene. And by looking at the precap it seems we have to wait atleast 2 episodes for ram and priya's face to face meeting.

I am yet 2 watch todays episode. I was reading the discussion l liked Tarun's in entry KS to me it was it was better than Kartiks he seemed kind of gay well let c how his role and acting is accepted by all, because it is the first time i am watching him act.

i don't like the fact that his 'step' mom treats RK like her assitant!! She calls and this guy rushes down stairs. How many parties does she have??? Eva - the actress playing RK's mom is in the industry for long why does she have such wooden expressions???

The party was terrible when they talk high about the character Ms Walia and a terrible actress is playing the part what justice is done. Seems so fake!

I completely agree with you on young looking moms for their grown up daughters! I can't digest that Eva is RK's mom when she looks like his sister.

I don't get the whole bitching part in the parties. Why can't Ram just ignore the girl if he is not interested in her? Does his friend Vikram always come to rescue him!

i liked the conversation b/w Priya and Vikram.I started off well but later got dragged i found it bit like a bashaan!

unfortunately, kekta had to make RK vengeful!! I wished he could forgive Priya and forget the incident. He didn't seem to be much bothered abt his dad after the barsi was over. We didn't even get to see his picture. If there was a scene where he talks to his dad (picture frame)and apologized for missing out the barsi some justice could have been made for his anger.

Nats entry was hyped but it was interesting. I was wondering will she turn out to be a brat or complete nerd!! Her assistant shown as her was good twist. I was shocked when Priya's mom and her sister were asked to leave. I was like is Ram still sticking to his words of wasting 2 hrs of their life everyday!

I didn't expect a 'slap' from Karthik but given the fact that he knows her it was ok. For momet there i thought kekta is back to randomly slapping ppl🤣

The actress playing Nats did a good job in the last part of the episode. RK was great...i wished i too had a older over protective bro like him!😎

The story is predictable from here, Nats is crazy abt Karthik and wants him back while he had enough of her madness.

Both the over protective older siblings will support their respective Bro and sis which will in turn lead to more misunderstanding b/w them!

few things the makers can keep in mind:

Flow in the story. Ram is suppose to be upset about not attending his father's Barsi yet we don't get any scene to support that.

Realistic story lines, when RK's sister got married two days back how come she is in the party?? no honeymoon for her??

plz plz enough of this 'shaadi' topics. There is absoultely nothing to talk besides this!!

More clothes, RK is forever in his black suit and tie in a different colour shirt!

I love the topic and also other added points to it.
Ladies in the party does not have better to talk about is because of our handsome Rambabu. Moms feel that they lost the great catch so they r just trying to get their daughters to do what they missed out on...HAhah... (he is almost match for mom's age)
MOm's do look same age as the daughters since they are up and up with their botox , nips and tucks...
don't we know from watching all of the hindi soaps that Mahanta is a must virtue that woman of hindi soap to possess. for ex Tulsi, Parvathi, Santo
and list goes on... characters from the show does not come from the same time period. some are from days of Ramayana and some from today.
Ram needs a new wardrobe but isn't that why he needs to get married? Maybe the woman in his life will change him by putting him on diet so he does not have to be covered in black suit all the time. That ould be the day for our hungry eyes. 😍 Ram minus 30 pounds. I am drooling.
Ram's older sister needs to go on her honeymoon but she is too busy trying to ruin Ram's life. She will never be happy ... my prediction... she will be thorn in ram's life forever.
little sister is full on pagal. She is a certifiable psycho . She is cutting her self for a guy.
over all a good tart to a new show . all the elements are present Cinderella, her step mom, beauty , the beast , and the fairy god mother too...

Yes the episode was better that the previous ones. Once again I had tuned in after couple of minutes of telecast but I did not notice any bloopers per say or kept my eyes shut. Party and over dressed ladies are part and parcel of Ekta's shows and so is poor script writing, her writers simply do not know where to 'pause' and the importance of 'pause' hence Priya went on and on but then that I take it in my stride, if she does not give 'bhashans' then what for she is a BT heroine? I have not seen Karthik before so I did not have any expectations from him, he comes and he slaps, how typical of BT...nothing new...anyway I want to see Ram and Shaakshi together hence watching the show and yes if not a designer get a good tailor for Ram pleaseee BT! Do something about his clothes, he is your hero damn it!! and Ram start exercising before I come with the belan, I have heard all your excuses and no excuse in good enough for me, get going boy!! Buck up!! Love Tin

Kantaben once Ram loses few pounds after getting few belan hits from me, you will need your armour suit to save him from the girls, so be ready :)

I guess shadi can sometimes be barbadi too.

Priya's father's shadi was probably the barbadi of him while her mother might feel shadi was her barbadi 😆 Similarly, Ram's step-mom was the barbadi of his dad. Looks like the lady didn't love him at all. On his barsi, she goes to an auction & needs Ram to remind her of the occasion.
