Its hard to fathom these channel people. On the 1 hand Imagine TV glorified a young girl being married off to a guy whose kids were older than her in Bandini & on the other hand they are now airing Looteri Dulhan (with our Supriya, no less) in which the marriages between the 'Looteri dulhan' & the 'old men' are shown to be cloak & dagger affairs done in secrecy & away from the eyes of the law.
Doesn't this put the main lead from Bandini in the same boat? in a matter of speaking?
I havent seen LD, but going by wot u have said ur rite ... both shows r similar in certain ways n so r the female lead characters
I know, its all about perspective but really...at least Dv paid for his wrong doings, reformed & came back to a new, 'happily ever after', in looteri Dulhan the mature men are clearly made out to be evil doers, so why glamorize Dharamraj wotshisname?? I mean, how many 18-20 yr old girls would happily wed a man old enough to be their father? & yet there they are, calling BP a trashy show!
Buddy we know y we r DVians n u have mentioned the exact reason y above... i dont think any1 supported DV's evil deeds ... ovcourse not it was his determination n confidence n the way his mind worked which was appreciated, atleast 4 me 😊
any show will have its share of criticism n BP was no different... it wasnt a show that would appeal 2 the masses... u had to really understand n take it in n accept y certain things were shown n their meaning 2 apprecaite n enjoy BP
