So like I said I wanted the destiny moment to be a little different the exact 12 o'clock moment, in the show Chiku calls arohi and tells her to come out and he is waiting and she goes there and when she sees the man she thinks it is chiku and starts talking, after a while when he says he is not whom she is thinking it to be , she is shocked and scared and confused. I wanted her to go there without knowing who it would be. so rewriting just that piece here. Scene starts when chiku calls her to come out.

As arohi was dancing with arjun not able to understand why she was feeling so connected with this stranger . Just then her phone rang and she excused herself to answer it. As arjun looked on she spoke with chiku and went back to tell arjun that she was leaving. Arjun a little disappointed asked her 'anything serious? ' Arohi smiled and replied 'no nothing like that' then she laughed and coninued 'actually I was told I will meet my lifepartner at the stroke of 12 midnight , that it is my destiny and that my life will change forever, can you believe that ' laughs again ' I mean I do believe in fairy tales but this is crazy isnt it?' she asked him. Arjun replied 'I wouldnt know anything about that, destiny and me have never been on same page, but if you believe then you should find out '. He himself didnot know why he said that, may be he just wanted to agree with whatever she believes, arohi replied 'got to get going , see you later?' arjun 'yep, may be' . He watched her leave , heaving a sigh he headed out for some fresh air.
Arohi came out to the door and suddenly stopped, a thought occured in her naughty mind to test panditji's words, chiku will definitely meet her at 12 since her mom has informed him already. So she deliberately took a different path to prove that no such thing as destiny moment existed, if she is away from chiku when the clock strikes 12 then she can tell everyone that such things dont happen in reality . Giving herself a pat on the back she started going in a different direction smiling to herself .
She walked along the lighted path on the red carpet , holding her long gown with her two hands , enjoying the touch of the cool breeze on her bare arms, she was busy looking at the leaves falling in front of her as if someone was welcoming her to walk on a decorated path. She got so involved that she didnot notice that she climbed couple of steps and immediately bumped into someone just when the clock struck 12. The sound of the gong instantly brought her back and she found herslef in front of the stranger, a man with a black mask on, a mask that she easily recognised. She could not believe that just when the clock struck 12 she bumped into the very man , whom she danced with a while ago, the same man whom she felt the strange connection to. Does this mean what it is , she thought, she was too shocked to react. Arjun couldnot believe it either, just few moments ago she was inside telling him that she was supposed to meet her lifepartner as destiny had planned , then howcome she bumped into him. That cannot be right. Arohi still in shock walked backwards and was about to trip over the steps. Arjun caught her arms and pulled her in gently , when that hand slid down and held her hand both didnot know. They just stared at each other while the maple leaves were falling on them gently, 'I ..' muttered arohi, 'I dont know what to say ' ' I thought I will prove panditji's words wrong' , arjun replied ' this can just be coincidence, I am not the type whom your panditji would have predicted ' arohi continued ' then why do I feel I have known you before , why do i feel that I want to believe in this moment, eventhough I know it is just coincidence why do I feel that I can spend rest of my life like this standing her is it the effect of the moon or this moment, is destiny playing with me?' arjun replied ' like I said destiny and me are far apart , so this is not what your destiny says, I am obiviously not the person you are thinking it to be' (referring to lifepartner word of hers) 'but I can tell one thing, may be the moment is indeed strong because for the first time I am feeling something different , something unusual ' just then his eyes fell on someone entering the podium far away, that is when he noticed he was holding her hands, taking out his hands from hers he continued 'if there is anything I ask from destiny today , that will be your happiness ' and he turned back and walked in leaving her still in shock.

since here he was wearing the mask, later in the scene when she goes back to that place and asks for a tall man who was friend of the winning couple, it is easy to relate how she recognised him. In the show he was not wearing the mask but still she knew whom she shld look for.

The scene in the show is also beautiful the lines are amazing, only thing is she is saying it thinking she knows the person.
