n what makes me angry the most: geet said to maan that she can't bear someone insulting him n she wants to save his honour n bla bla BUT here own dear beeji is insulting maan all the time in front of geet n what does geet do? she stands in a corner n looks worried n on the other side maan has done the world for her!!! geets character has become very weak.. i think that maan always has the 2nd position in her life.. first her unborn baby n then her responsibilities as a daughter!! so, so, so stupid n inmature!!

the geet character has turned so stupid and Maan is so whipped it is annoying. Also why can't Maan simply explain to beeji - we fought, she left home, I tracked her down and came in as a driver to win her love- so there - now solve your own stupid money problems and i will go back home with my wife.
How can any one trust his business acumen any more when he continues to ignore his business and try to pacify an un-pacifiable whimsical nut case, obviously not the wonderful character Geet was earlier. Thank God he looks like the original MSK again at least :-)

Eva this is what I was feeling and didn't want to comment cause I love this story way too much and I never miss to watch it or read the updates. I was watching the old Geet videos which you had posted on FB and it was so intense and so captivating that one can never ever get bored watching it. You're absolutely right when you say the originality of the story is gradually diminishing and the much loved and most awaited Maneet great chemistry has gone. The repetitive scenes like bending and catching Geet and the eye locks are dull and boring to watch since they have passed that stage already and oh common its so silly to see these lame acts of eye locks when they have been intimate to the fullest sense in their relationship. Yes the creatives are butchering the strong character of Geet who fought with the whole world for justice and for her survival so boldly and courageously onetime with this kind of silly behavior what she is being made to portray in these recent episodes.

Like you said hope the creatives have something unique in store for the upcoming episodes or they should wakeup soon and do something fast without killing the show completely.

Yea just hope that these different set of people who now are handling the show may get the sense of what Geet was and what Geet is and where they are moving forward from this point..

The actors are doing phenomenal job with whatever script they are given and they are trying to bring as much life as they can with their hard work. It is the story line that needs to be improved around Maaneet and bring their relationship to the next level..

The eye locks and tripping and catching and mahiii stages needs to go at least a notch up...

All other characters are moving quite ok so why not Maaneet???

what is wrong in moving Maaneet a step further instead of taking them step backward and that is what I want to emphasize in this post...

I have loved Geet HSP since the day one and will always love but at the same time just wanted to see some more development between Maaneet with a solid storyline..

Actors are not the characters they just potray them as they are directed.. It is the story writers and screen play writesr who needs to have a solid vision to modulate the characters and take them higher and higher..

Once in a while the filler episdoe is ok but hate to see the lead pair taking the back seat with few repetitive scenes and waste of such a great chemistry and talents..

When they can do so much more then why not give them chance to shine...

You've said it like it is TM...those eyelocks and the trip and catch scenes with Mahi wailing is quite ridiculous.

And, that's the least of what's wrong with the show.

It's become more of a series than a serial where in the two main characters are there but the focus is on others and their stories.

It seems as though no one wants to have anything to do with Maaneet...not even Maaneet themselves...!

At the risk of being termed a basher, Geet's character is becoming very annoying especially when she treats Maan like an irritating fly to be swatted at every time he buzzes near her.

The comedy is no longer funny...and yes...I agree..every scene, including those of Beeji/Teji is repetitive...only costumes and locations are different.

At this rate, there won't be much left in the show to save!

And one more dire thought...if the Gold Awards are going to be judged based on what's happening in serials currently, then I seriously fear that the Maaneet jodi may not have much of a chance!

Yea I would believe that Geet is a good show with good story but I feel it was...

Even the Amritsar track was pretty good when they started it but the cureent story line has no meaning... even with the filler episodes at least the story should move but I feel it is stangnant.

May be they are waiting for Sameer to come back from vacation and they could start Devdini track...

I have no probelm with what ever parallel track they start but my main thing is that the lead pair has not progressed a bit in their relationship or in the story line since a long time..

and now as if it feels like that Gurmeet and Drashti also are tired of numerable meaning less eye locks and mahi BG music that they have no chemistry in those scenes..

The last best scene between them was the letter reading scene.. great performance great dialogues and great modulation of speech..

They have totally change Geet's character from wise and understanding girl to this childish woman... The step has to be from a girl to woman... more mature and more wise but she is getting childish day by day.. with that pouty look and childish walk and pushing Maan off.. gosh now it is too much..

Where as a wife who just had been intimate with her husband after such a long time would want to be with her husband and would steal every moment with her husband she gets.. but here they show Geet constantly pushing Maan off and that is now getting irritating... Previously it was ok as Balwant Singh's identiy was not known but still the logic of pushing your husbad at every touch does not fit at all.. totally Irritating behavior..

In the begining with a driver's track it was funny and enjoyable but now it just gets on your nerves..

Drashi is phenomenal actress and i feel they are not using the talents of Drashti and Gurmeet to the maximum potential.

Even the precap shows preeto and lucky more intimate then Maan and Geet... Now that is something to think about????

[Eva, I really doubt that they had intimate, bcoz after that episode no where we could see, that they long for each other... hehehe...

Even eye lock looks meaning less... My geet I donno what she bcom. Why do u think TRPs are so less. PH purposefully making audience to leave the show. Some of us loyal fans still sticking to maneet. Otherwise there is no meaning to watch GHSP as GHSP were never gave imp to moral and eithical value nor the story line..]

We are all loyal fans of Geet does not mean that we cannot voice our views at the story line and at the direction of the show..

Because we are loyal fans and want our show to go on we want the gripping story line.. fantastic perfromance from the team of awesome actors and the progression in the track..

Comedy is great but constant comedy makes you bore... the comedy has to be supported by the great drama.. otherwise it is easy to watch the comedy circus where you can watch and appreciate the performer of the day and next day see another performer..

No we are watching the daily show which comes again with a reference to the previous day.. so we need the connectivity and the focus needs to be on the lead pair and their character development and their relations developement.. It needs to progress ahead and not go back..

So CVs please you can add as much storyline and as much character you wish but please keep the character of the lead pair Maan and Geet consistence. They have not touch Maan's character too much and there is still consistency in that but the Character of Geet has been very much up and down..

The title and the story line belongs to Geet and all other characters should revolve around her character including Maan's as she being the main focus of the story.. She is the strong character... she has intellegence... she has understanding... and she is in harmony with her husband.. she understands him better then anyone... she brings out the inner man from that hard exteiror and makes him softer.. she is courteous gracious and very respectful..

but what they are showing in the name of comedy is just too different then what Geet really is... she behaves like a pouty kid.. tells him that he is behaving like lafanga... slaps him around and pushes him away at his every advances.. now where did this Geet come from... Yea she is now wife and is more comfortable with him and can say anything to him but it should not change her basic despostion...

So they really need to bring that Geet back who will not listen anything against her Maan and who will always in sync with her Maan.. and who respects and honors her husband beyond her ownself...

Romance lost with Marriage and Magic lost with Khurana Mansion!!!!!!!

I felt that ever shooting started in Punjab, Magic was lost in MSK's Turban and his coming in disguise was not suitable to his character.

But now that Maan is back, there is a hardly any romance left.Fooling the audience with the same eye-lock scenes is getting boring.Same scenes where Maan holds/twists Geet's hand forcibly before Marriage was very good but NOT anymore.

If the actors have issues acting passionately on screen before of certain reasons,I think They should stop airing Geet altogether. It is getting boring.

the main missing things in the GHSP now a days are:

1) they are not sure what they want in their future track

2) the main track of a small town teenage girl struggling for her survival has been lost

3) the CVs are not able to decide what they want Maaneet to do now that the main issue "the unborn baby" is no more

4) they are god knows why admant to make Dev, who is or say was the main person responsible for all the chaos, a hero instead of villian

5) showing that MSK forgiving Dev and helping him out is simply pointless,

6)CVs seem to have forgotten that it was Dev because of whom Geet left the KM

7) the GAIRAT issue seems to have disappeared in thin air

8) NT the main lead character of the story line is missing

9) the love that lingers between a couple as Maaneet being Man and Wife is missing

10) the actors also look tired with all this gaga

11) the Mausi ji's character played by the actoress - she is a crap

12) the ego problems that are lingering in the family are pointless

13) MSK becoming a driver was OK , but Geet opting not to return with him to Delhi but remain behind to pacify her Mausi ji is a stupid attempt

14) if GC and DD would not be in the serial - GHSP would have lost all its veiwers

15) instead of showing all these stupid things they should let Maaneet go back to Delhi and move farther in life

16) Nandini is shown educated may be a graduate and Geet was just 18 when she was abducted, now she has gone through abortion and all it makes that she can not be older then 19, Nandini seems to be around 20-21 yrs of age ... that makes her older then Geet ... but all the time they show that she is younger... this is a very big mistake

17) Maan helping Dev to woe nandini is another stupidity, Dev has no certain character stand... he has not yet divirced NT, NT is very much alive... only in coma... Cvs seem to have forgotten this

18) Geet should after consummating their relationship be more warm towards Maan ... but all she seems to is staying aloof from his approaches

19) the natural spark between the couple is missing

20) Maan working from Amritsar os Ok but Geet behaving like she is very much at home is apalling

21) Savitri Devi's presence is greatly been missed

22) instead of showing Dev they should have shown the other Khurana "VICKY" but it seems CVs have long forgotten that Daadi wanted all her 3 grandsons back
