Opti, I have to admit to a niggling sense of disquiet with the present track. In light of that, this is what I now see in the photograph.

The closed door indicates that the door to the story developed over the past one year is now closed. We are not to attempt to look beyond that door to see how the path of continuity (of the characters) leads from what lies beyond the door (the past) into this house (this track). Is it firmly closed? We will have to wait for the wheel of time to turn yet again.

The white balustrade encloses what lies in the house (this track). Again, if we are to enter the house and enjoy the delicacies on offer, it would require a leap. A visitor, if s/he be a person of the average height of an Indian, would not be able to merely step over the balustrade into the house. It would require a leap, a leap that would require the visitor to shed all baggage outside and leap in. If the visitor were to carry the baggage and attempt the leap, s/he may not be able to soar over the balustrade.
