Is it right for a Man to slap a woman?

Did Manav do the right thing by slapping Varsha?

Varsha didnt do it intentionally.

if you were in Varsha place and your brother-in-law slapped you, would you like that?

Who is he to slap her at the first place?

Man who slaps or abuses woman is not human

What do you think?

d slap was uncalled for,she dint intentionally pushed archu,it was a similar case wich happened wid shravni,wen she was 6 to 7 mth preganant but nobody eveen manav dint slapped archu nor did he slapped archu wen savita was pushed by archu in fire,i know armaan love each other a lot but that doesnt mean others dont ahve feelings or emotions.

if i wld be varsha wldnt have forgiven manav ever,he slapped her on road,and if i wld be satish wld break all relations wid a person called manav who slappd his wife.

Slapping is never the solution to anything. In relations, one should not slap. Men should not slap women, and women should not slap men, especially if related.

However, as human beings, none of us are perfect. Everyone of us has a weak point, and sometimes we fall prey to it.

Like when Varsha pushed a heavily pregnant Archana with force (accidently), and Archu screamed "aaaooo", Manav, who loves his baby to death, slapped her. An impulsive, angry reaction upon seeing one's loved one getting hurt, coupled with fright about the condition of mother and baby, also signifiying that Manav's upper limit of tolerating Varsha's abuses and accuses had snapped. The push was the last straw and finally he lost all control- the lid toppled over. Not right, but understandable.

At a later point, I hope Manav apologises to Varsha for it- thus proving that he is the bigger one. But what is important to think here is that maybe anyone in his place would have done same thing. Manav shouted at Archu so badly when she pushed his Aai accidently into fire- understandable again.

-but did he slapped archu tat time wen her aayi was on fire,he dint wanted to slap his wife,but cld slap satish wife and her saali on road like dis.i agin repeat d same ting did he slapped archu before wen shravani was pushed,i agree varsha deserve a slap but not this time,it was archus fault who pushes every1 to alimit wen a person gets impulsive and reacts,varsha tld her i dont want to tlk to u just leave but still she wants to run after her,varsha dint wanted to hurt archu or the baby at all,it was just an accident.AND IF HE was really scred of loosing d baby he shld have taken archu to doctor rther den slapping varsha

AN APOLOGY cant make everyting fine,if archu wld have slap her sister it wld be okay,satish has been a gentlman upto now but if he truly luvs varsha he shld fight wid manav for dis,

slapping is NEVER the right soltuon. so now whats the difference between the varsha and manav?

varsha in her anger accidentaly pushes archana

manav in his anger purposefully slaps varsha...

whats the difference?? both sisters are at fault? manav is at fault for talking too much when NOT REVALENT to the QUESTION.

so, what gives him the right?

remembe, it is satish ( varsha's husband) who helped him run his business??

who asked archana to NOT use her adult brain and run after someone who isnt in the right state of mind?

Slapping is wrong both for men and women ...

But sometimes one is pushed beyond their limits ..Manav loves Varsha so much .He has always been there for her , helped her much more than Vinod coudl ever help her ...But just look at her and how she has behaved with him ..

I am absolutely hating Varsha for the way she is behaving with Manav and Archana ...

That is why I don't blame manav if he lost it for a minute ..

I think one more thing is becomign very obvious , Manav is crazy about his baby and I think because Archu was pregnant he got even more angry ...he could not see the sight of his baby getting hurt ,...

Satish too slapped her once . She really knows how to push someone beyond their limits ...

I am pressing Maybe because soemtimes situations make us do things that we won't do otherwise ...

@tanya:dis time varsha dint do anything at such,i think armaan ahve a problem to bring people at the edge so dey react,if u saw the precap varsha was telling i dont want to hear anyting about manav,archu get hold of her hand and just to go varsha pulls he hand and she falls,she dint pushed her at such.

i don't think it's right for a man to slap a woman...i'm not sure about the reverse...but slapping and hitting does something assaultive beyond the actual slap..i don't like any of it...

but... i watched the sbs promo, haven't seen the precap here yet, but if it is the same as shown on the sbs account, varsha's push to archana was no accident...it was hard, and vindictive, and to be honest even before manav reacted, i was like omg that's terrible... so manav's reaction was rather justified...just wish he had grabbed her and shouted and shook her a little maybe instead of slapping her...and glad he tended to archana first, then reacted...

He did shout at Archu very very loudly. Plus, in Savita's case, it was not really implusive, he got time to ask Savita how did accident happened, what happened, consoled her and all.

Similarily, Shravani was not pushed by Archu in front of Manav- he came to know of it later- so reaction will not be an impulsive reaction- it will be a controlled reaction of a man who is courteaous and never hits ladies. The impulsive reaction came from Girishji, Shravani's father, who saw her falling and immediately pulled up the whole Deshmukh family for all this angrily.

In impulsive reactions, one doesn't see wrong or right. It just happens. One doesn't have control over it. When you see your own people getting hurt, the heart pains and we lose control.

Manav was wrong, but his reaction was understandable.

Varsha pushing Archu was not intentional and was an accident...But when a man hears his prego wife scream and she falls he can lose his temper and slap the person who pushed her..

No man or woman should hit one another...But there are times it just happens..

I really would like Varsha to realize that her not looking and pushing Archu made Archu fall..She is prego and any husband would be mad..She should realize and apologize to ArMan and ULM should apologize to Varshu...They are family and they need to talk this out eventually and say sorry and mean it..

This advice is for a normal family and this family surely is not normal..So all goes out the window..
