FOR Punit, this was a good performance.. enough to be competitive at least. He's so tall and a bit bulky so some of the movements end up looking a little awkward. His transitions were really nice :) He's better in freestyle!

Really? As far as I remember, the only contemporary piece of Punit I remember is the one he did with Shakti under TL's choreography. :S Maybe because I used to skip some performances, I don't remember, but I really don't recall Punit showing us much of his contemporary skills.

puneet did one with aerial silk, kurbaan hua,that was contemporary,albeit aerial

Also, hi tried different dance styles during the season, so i dont think remo restricted him, but to be honest, i never watchd his solos carefully, duets used to have some cool concepts and i liked him there, which reminded me, the brother act was also contemporary, and it was quite good too.

I do agree with you, puneet was lost somewhere , i never watchd him do his solos, but i would not want to blame it on remo, coz all the masters restrict their contestants, everyone grows quite boring at a time.

so it was good to see him back

Ps: i was happy to see dharmesh doing contemporary in the show, but wouldnt say it was a surprise packet, he has choreographed and even performed in semi classical contemporaries in LM, so it was evident he knew it and was good in it, it was a pleasant surprise and visual trt to watch him.

Punit was definitely good in sat performance..

Although I dont agree with SHiamak on his statement regarding Punit being best in contemporary...Jai, Amar & Mayuresh are wayyy better in contemporary over Punit...

I can see some of DID 1 and DID 2 dancers have not been keeping up with their dancing as they look not so crisp in their dancing..Practice chhor diya hoga..

Rutu in his Govinda dance was superb mindblowing...At the end Rutu & Sidesh were simply amazing..

Vaishu is da bomb..If anyone is personally in touch with her pls suggest Vaishu getting braces pronto...Invest in it which will take her and help her in a long run...

As far as I remember, I believe Shiamak was trying to point out that Punit is best in contemporary.About being better, let's see that in dance ki takkar. I believe he's amazing in contemporary from what I have seen..and of course, Jai&Amar&Mayuresh are superb in it,so that's why we need to see who really takes the cake.
