Written Update 19/Apr/11

Hello all…. Rani Here 😉…

I'm your new updater on Tuesdays & Wednesdays!!.... Never updated before in my life so this may not be the greatest update!!🤓... Hopefully it'll improve 😃… here goes anyways 👍🏼

By the way I'm pretty new to the serial & so don't know the names of some of the characters 😕 or who they are 😕…I know not good ….. if I make a mistake feel free to correct me 😊… I don't mind at all!!

Episode starts off from yesterday… Suraj & Laxmi sit on the bike & drive off… Laxmi tells Suraj about how happy she is that Parag & Jenny are back & it all happened because of him, Suraj answers but seems uninterested in maintaining the conversation. Laxmi talks about wanting to watching a movie starring Hiten Kumar as he's Suraj's friend 😆… there's a pothole in the road & Laxmi falls forward, Suraj tells her to hold him so she doesn't fall, Laxmi gets excited & does so…(Romantic background music 😳)

Scene shifts to Milachi on the phone to Ragini & Ragini cuts the phone off… Milachi's (I think... not so sure though) mum comes and they have a conversation about Ragini trying to ring Suraj but she can't get through & then rings Milachi & she, Milachi tells Ragini that's the husband wife duo have gone on a date & Ragini cut her off… Milachi seems confused as to why Ragini cut the phone off… The other lady tells Milachi to call Ragini to the house as she hasn't seen her for a while. (Can anyone please help give me a summary of who the other lady is?!…I'm sensing she's evil 😡)

Scene shifts back to Suraj & Laxmi reaching their destination… Suraj tells Laxmi to get off & wait & he'll park the bike & be back… two sleazy 🤢 guys on bikes see Laxmi & approach her, they ask her if she wants to go with them for a drive or to see a movie (He should have said a Hiten Kumar one 🤣). Then they block her way of escape & do the filmy villain thing😆 where they both drive their bikes around her. Laxmi looks scared & a crowd of people gather & watch , one of the men grabs her bag and a hand grabs his…. (Don't fear the hero is here 😆)… Suraj stares him down (For quite a while 😕), grabs the bag off him & gives it to Laxmi… the guy gets off his bike & starts pushing Suraj taunting him, Suraj just slaps him 😲… they both kick & punch Suraj… he manages to duck a few and swing a few punches. .. One man then holds him & the other start beating him up & Laxmi pleads to the crowd to help him… but all they know how to do is stare 😡… Suraj's clothes are ripped… Laxmi looks and finds a stick, she throws it at him & he suddenly escapes the hold, ducks, (don't know how he managed that 😕) the other man gets hit & Suraj beats them both up using the stick, The cops see him & take the thugs away (Phew for a moment I thought they were going to get the wrong end of the stick 😆 & take Suraj)… Laxmi hugs Suraj!!... The crowd who did nothing finally move their hands & clap 🤢… Laxmi asks Suraj if he's Ok & he says he's fine… Suraj & Laxmi both look at the clapping crowd & then each other. Suraj tells Laxmi that's he has to go home as his shirt is torn & he's sorry she won't be able to watch her movie… He then holds her hand & says "I don't know why but whenever I let go of your hand, something bad always happens & so from now on I will never let go of your hand" & Nari bapa!! 😃 Laxmi has a huge smile on her face as he leads her to the bike

Its Night now and were with Parag who's looking at childhood family photos, he's trying to remember a tune & Mahen comes playing his harmonica with that same tune 😛… Parag is surprised and asks Mahen how he can remember the tune, then they both start talking about childhood stories about when Suraj used to steal the harmonica & try playing the tune & how Suraj couldn't whistle & childhood Mango juice. The mum see them and listens to the conversation & Parag goes on about how he's going to ask his mum to make Mango Juice & how he missed his family & the way they interact in America. Parag decides that no matter what he doesn't want to leave home again. Mahen says he won't let him leave home (Twas a nice brotherly bonding scene 😃)

Suraj & Laxmi get home, Parag & Mahen see them and ask about Suraj torn shirt, Suraj tells them he helped save Laxmi, they don't believe him and believe that he started the fight & ask Laxmi what happened, she narrates the story to Mahen very enthusiastically 😆. Suraj seems to find it funny as do many of the other family members who have now gathered round… Kanchan (the old lady… think that's her name😕) asks Laxmi with whose permission did she go out wearing a suit… Mahen states that Laxmi by giving him the stick saved his life… Then other family members say that true & without it Suraj couldn't hit them like and does the same stick beating actions Laxmi was doing whilst narrating the story 😆 … Laxmi embarrassed runs off & then you can hear some loud techno music… the old lady Kanchan says it's only the white woman who would listen to music like that. Parag goes to his room and Jenny is dancing to the music like she's in a club… Parag switches it off and says the family are getting disturbed it's late & Jenny says it helps her relax & wants to play the music, Parag tells her he'll take her to a nightclub & dance with her tomorrow, Jenny says that she wants to dance now, Parag says for her to put her wireless headphones in & dance and then everyone wins… Jenny says why can't she do what she want's in her own room!!… He tells her if she respects the rules of the house & people within it then she'll get the love & acceptance she wants & Jenny agrees. (Good reasoning👏)… Milachi & (the one I think is her mum!) listen to the Parag/Jenny conversation…

Scene goes to Suraj entering his room, he sees the calendar & says only 3 days left for his "choot Moot ka manath"… (Not sure what that means!!... Know choot is lies the rest am confused with! 😕) … he finds another calendar & marks it changing it to 10 days left, Laxmi walks into the room wanting to put medicine on Suraj's hand which is behind his back & in which Suraj is holding the old calendar. Laxmi sees the calendar on the wall & says that the date is marked wrong, Suraj tries to convince her otherwise & Laxmi walks out saying she'll ask Ma. Suraj grabs her hand & says that she probably is correct & his watch is broken and so is telling the wrong date... Laxmi marks the calendar to the correct date… Suraj asks her to check the food as he's very hungry & Laxmi leaves, leaving the medicines, Suraj seems annoyed!

Scene shifts to Laxmi who sees Jenny in the hallway & asks her what she wants to eat, she names lots of different Indian foods to which Jenny seems confused. She says she'll order from a takeaway the food she wants.

The Family all sit to eat except Laxmi, the granddad (don't know name sorry!) asks about Laxmi and find she's bringing Jenny's food!... he asks Jenny to try the food at home as its very tasty & the old lady says if she can't eat the food cooked at home how does she plan to stay here the rest of her life!.. Parag tells her to try the food but his father says its ok… let her eat what she wants and slowly she'll eat what we eat. Laxmi brings Jenny's food and its Chicken Tandoori … (Reaction shots of everyone are shown 🤢😆) & Jenny just looks around at everyone a little scared as to why they are looking at her like that.

Precap: The old lady is telling Laxmi off saying her house has become impure because of her & that it's her job to make it pure again... Also that she has to be punished for what she did!

Hope you enjoyed it... Its'a bit long (sorry!) I tend to get overexcited with detail 😆

U did great! Don't worry its my first time doing updates to and I never know how much or how little I should talk about a scene. But job well done. P.s and her name is Meenaxi or meenaxshi... Don't know how to spell it either...her mom calls her Minny so I am going to use that now....

Good job of doing update. Really appreciate it. Story interesting now as I'm sure the track will move towards Parag seeing that Jenny is unsuitable for him. Jenny seems like a confused person. If she loves Parag and wants the relationship to work, she should find out about values & customs of the house and try to accommodate them into her routine.
She comes across as a spoilt brat now.

That is exactly my point. I mean just learning Hindi doesn't make you Indian. just like learning English doesn't make me American or learning Spanish doesn't make me Latino. She doesn't seem like she cares about Parag and his family. If you honestly loved Parag, then you would try your best to learn his customs, knowing that your going into another tradition, custom religion, ethnic group....I mean everything is going to change and she should have known that or Parag should have explained it to her at the most.
