Is Geet being blackmailed?

Hi All,

As you all know we've all been wondering why Geet is being so unforgiving. Some of us have rightly suggested that it could be that she fears to trust again and yet others have pointed out that he questioned her integrity and that is why she has reacted so strongly. However, I've a hunch that there might be more to it than meets the eye. There could be a possibility that Geet has been pressurized/blackmailed by someone (probably Dev) to leave Maan. She seems to be acting out of character, for one. Secondly, as many of us have pointed out that she is not being given much dialogues, so we have no idea what she is feeling, thinking etc. Could it all be in aid of suspense building so that the fact that she is being pressurized could be kept secret? What say you?

This is GHSP not an Ekta show......

nothing of that sorts....she really is hurt.....which is why she is behaving this way....the way she has been behaving is what a person going under depression does....

so Geet is depressed......but maan willl mend her heart......and heal her again....but no blackmailing story here that is for sure.....this kind of stuff happens in ekta's show....

Well I hope you're right mysterygurlz. And while I'm not underestimating anybody's creativity, there seem to be too many clues left here and there for me to dismiss the thought. But thanks just the same--appreciate your perspective.

U probably could be right.....but its not Dev who is blackmailing her but the CVs are responsible for it...they wanna build up the romance between Maneet once again....and sure this id not an Ekta kapoor show....so reat assured don't think any such thig is there....at least hope not......

liv2laugh thanks for sharing the links. I'd read both the posts but I guess I'm just a little skeptical about CVs investing that much pschoanalytical perspective in sketching Geet's particular response. Ideally I'd love to see the reasons, detalied in both the posts, spelled out to Maan. So that an average audience who is of the view that Geet's reaction is in excess of the cause, would understand it better.

I don't think any such thing is there...GHSP story telling till now is very open..no hiddden secrets will come out...

The only reason CVs wanted to separate them was to show romance back...but the reason they used...is not strong enough..especially now they are married..leaving marriage is not easy as they have shown....
