Nupur saw th brochures and burst out laughing at Mayank's expressions and the fact that he couldn't come upto speaking the word Honeymoon for them...it was so much like Mayank...
She tried to compress her laugh and managed to speak still laughing a little, "Mayank...tum toh aise ghabra rahe ho jaise koi jeeta jaagta dinasour dekh liya hai" and then looking at those brochures she continued speaking with confidence, "tum iski chinta mat karo...monday ko Ma aur Dad ki anniversary hai naa...toh hamari jagah woh jaayenge...iss romantic si trip par....ghoomne" she completed stressing on the word ghoomne and winked at him and smiled...holding her hands together she had spoken with much dreamy look that surprised Mayank...
Then coming back to her present she spoke as if striking a deal, "Par....mujhe kya milega...i mean...agar maine yeh sab settle kar diya toh badle mein mujhe bhi kuch chahiye..."
Mayank wondered in his eyes and mind as to what did she want in return for this and from him....
He asked, "Tumhe..tumhe kya chahiye....aur woh bhi mujhse...?"
Nupur replied smiling, "Haan...tumse....kyun nahi....par pehle haan toh bolo..."
Mayank nodded his head in a yes with a confused and questioned look and said, "theek hai...toh kya chahiye?"
It was the first time Nupur was so ecitedly asking something from Mayank and her confident smile had put the unpredictable wishes of hers in an inverted comma for him...
Nupur smiled rubbing her hands with each other and gave him a curious look...
Mayank had to admit to himself and he didn't knew why but Nupur's actions made him feel nervous for what lay ahead...as if he had incidently given his 'power of attorney' to her by fluke...

Mayank was a senior to Nupur all along the school time by 1 year...
Though Mayank was a really famous, bright,young,handsome,smart,intelligent boy in school, he never indulged much in socializing even with his classmates, let alone with the other students in the school...
Mayank's best friend had to unfortunately change his school after having passed the primary school. Since then, though he helped others with notes and all, he never actually had a close friend...
Nupur on the other hand knew almost everyone in the school and the people she didn't knew, they knew he somehow.She was totally outspoken, lovely, high spirited, a good company and a little high on her dreams kind of a girl. She was intelligent too, but never too much bookish. She held it important to her principles that living life was an art too and that consumed most of her time. Living in the world of books was a sacrifice of all that for her anyday. Rather she found it totally boring, something like Mayank kind of a guy can do. Yes Mayank was whole and sole and soul devotee of the books according to her.

Mayank and Nupur had so varied choices and interests that they found each other not very easily on the same road, though that road was a heritage to them both from both their families.
It was odd though that it was not very rare for them to come across each other very often, but whenver they did, it was always a tiff like situation for both more than necessary. It was like black meeting up white or head of a coin trying to completely hide the tails.

Mayank didn't give much time to frindship and things that according to him didn't urge him much to use his intelligence. He had many things to think about already that were worthwhile according to him. His Ma and Dad's dreams about his progress, knowledge which powered his soul, political condition of the world, quality of thoughts. He wanted to learn so much, do his MBA and handle the vast business which la ahead of him on the strong shoulders of his Dad, to always qualify to the level of taechings his Ma had given him, who was a strict teacher of all the good things in life but at the same time was the bast and the most lenient Mom too....
He lived a fairly balanced and orderly life according to which he always did-Right and Correct.

Nupur on the other hand was full of life always. She had dreams and not just a dream. For Nupur, her Bauji's and Gunjan's happiness was the best dream she lived in reality then. She ensured for them to always have 1 reason or the other to smile. One of these reasons, she tried to provide with her smile, she knew if she was in a happy and an excited mood, everyone around her were, besides she herself was like that from ever.
She missed her Mom too but she found herself lucky enough to have Bauji who never failed to provide her and Gunjan the love and affection that according to her, her mom would have given them. She, apart from all that, had Shilpa Sharma who gave her some moments of her life which her mom would have provided. So Nupur Bhushan had genuinely no reason to complain. She almost tried to be a mother to Gunjan so that if ever Gunjan had any doubts for life, it soon diminishes.
Apart from that she had one BIG Dream which occupied the biggest part of her heart, the dream of her Dream Man that is. She wanted to have achievements in life too and for that she gave enough importance to her studies and learning according to her. But her Dream Man was her Biggest Dream ever. She didn't knew how exactly he would be, so she had made an image of him referring to the movies she saw and according to the expectations she had according to the love she wished to share. This was a great source of excitement for her life that lay ahead. She just knew in her heart, she would be the luckiest girl in love. She just knew it.

Mayank had a wall around him which was very hard for others to peep in through...he was the best in everything he did but he never shared his emotions much with anyone...not even with his Ma and Dad...but his Ma just knew him...it amazed him but he loved that fact and so even without sharing much with her, he shared almost everything....his Dad was a true ideal and inspiration to him...he always looked upto him and shared a very great relation with his Dad while they never talked much but both always understood and lived upto each other's expectations...

Nupur knew Mayank had kept no windows open to the wall around him but she had many a times tried to start a friendship with him...she was bound to, they always came across each other....and when everyone loved Nupur, Mayank was 1 person who didn't give a nod to her ideas and liveliness or anything of hers' ever...she wondered why always he was rude to her...but she was no less in attitude and had developed a rude replying habit as a solution to rude approaches of his....and rather Mayank,she thought, was not broad-minded enough to have friendly approach to a person he didn't exactly thought like....

Mayank knew he was famous in girls, but he found most of the girls' ideologies as crazy and worthless. He couldn't ever understand the logics and reasoning behind what fevered everyone that they termed as Love....
Nupur was one of the girls he had acquaintance with....more than acqaintance actually...she was always around somehow...
He knew Nupur was intelligent and was a good girl too but he wondered why she thought like typical girls and gave so much of her time to unnecessary things in life like love, movies and all...
He thought he still was better off without her friendship...though whenever he felt the need he had shown concern for Nupur and Gunjan, specially Nupur because he somehow found Nupur took great care of Gunjan but overlooked certain things for herself...so he had to do that...but that too had lead to a fight between them, mostly.....but friendship with her was something he was never able to come upto accept....and apart from that, their thoughts never matched...he wondered if friendship was ever possible...
he thought she would want to drag him in her group of friends too who did everything in school except studies and it was really hard for even him to let anyone in the circle that he had around him....

Life was great with both of them and to both of them but what they didn't realize is the fact that fate had a heart to see them together and close to each other ultimately...whether they realized or not....but destiny saw them together with each other and awed by looking at them so in love with each other...
