Very personal question and personal answer... totally depends on the person itself.

I pray to Allah to thank him for creating me, giving me life, my nice parents and family, saved me and my parents from death at some near death experiances, saved me from the dark and scary life which some people face in this world, and pulled me out of my tough times when i was all alone and much more which im not able to mention.. I know that whenever im alone and have no one with me, only Allah is there for me to listen to my pain in my prayers. I pray to HIM as I love HIM for whtever HE as given to me. And i do fear Him only when i do something wrong, as if I go on the correct way why would Allah be angry with me. He just wants me to b a good human being and that would b my struggle for the whole of my life.. I offer namaz to thank Allah and remind myself that He is my Creater and Saviour.

That's it!

Love of God will be always with us,either you are good or bad.God loves all his creatures, but when we talk about Love Vs fear,we should not take it as granted that he loves me so i will do all nonsenses and will get back to him and he will forgive me..
Pray for fear come in to picture when one repent for his sin and pray God to sanctify him.At this time we have to pray God with fear and not in luv.Just like father-son relationship we love our father and demand something with love ,also if u do something wrong, Do we not fear to face him?? fearing him does it mean he is a very cruel father???
