Simi's Function:

Mili Storms into her sisters room after learning the truth of rajiv's arrest. She confronts her sister why she hid such an issue and how she can get married to such a guy.

Simi tells her sister to not to interfere...She is old enough to take care of herself. She says she is sure Rajiv will b changed after marriage and he even promised. She tells Mili that its her life...

Mili is hurt....She tells her sister Simi that she will do something about it...n goes out of the room leaving Mili in utter fear!

Simi runs behind her sister to stop her..

Anuj is busy trying to hire an air-cooler for Anita's mom..Mili comes to him, and tries to tell him about Rajiv's issue. But he is busy organizing an air-cooler..hardly gives any chance to MIli to say anything.

Seeing Mili talking to Anuj, Simi thinks that she told him abt Rajiv.

Rajiv's family and friends(some buffoons) arrive. Seth family welcomes them.

Manju introduces Nitu to rajiv's mom...R's mom says Nitu is so pretty and she should start searching for a boy for her too. She says her son has many good looking bachelor friends who are suitable matches for Nitu.
She calls her son Rajiv n asks him to introduce nitu to his friends..

Rajiv introduces Nitu as her Saali to his friends. His friends too are just like him...They start saying he is lucky to have a saali like Nitu...they also pass comments like "saali aadhi gharwali" .

Nitu introduces her friends to them. Rajiv's friends cheap behaviour makes everybody around very uncomfy.

Rajiv spots Mili in the hall...and calls her n introduces her to his cheap friends.

Mili uneasily joins them...and gives angry looks to Rajiv...

One of Rajiv's frnds misbehave with Nitu. Mili gets very furious..and slaps the guy. She warns rajiv that it doesnt take much to tell everybody about his reality.

Rajiv 's mom gets very angry...and goes to Manju and tells her that her daughter insulted them by slapping Rajiv's frnd. Surender sethi(rajinder's brother) tries to calm her...

But she complains to Rajinder too who joins them just then.

He questions her daughter about what happened.

Anuj sees this angry scene...and rushes to Simi's room n informs her that something terrible happened .Simi comes down running.

Rajendra asks Mili to apologize to Rajiv's friend and she does.

Mili stares at Simi, starts crying, and leaves. Neetu pacifies her, and then sees Anita and her family at the door.

They are introduced to Anuj's chachi, and are welcomed in.

Neetu brings Simi downstairs.

Simi's friend tells Mili that it is good Sim is getting married. Meanwhile, the rituals are performed.

The families take a picture together.

The function gets over, and Simi hugs her dad. Her dad explains that he'll be very sad when she goes away. They hug again.

Nitu compliments Anita's parents, and her. Manju gets mad about what Mili did. Manju asks where she is and is interrupted by Simi when she asks if her mom will speak to her dad. She answers yes.

Simi gets a call from Rajiv. He says "Today I was quiet, but what your sis did was bad.

-voice increase- I said sorry!!!! What do you want?!!! "Sim lies and says she cant hear him then disconnects. She starts crying.

Precap : Mili says she does not get any respect in the house. Her mom slaps her.

Mili should have said the truth about why he slapped Rajiv's friend rather than apologizing. If she is bold enough to do the slapping she should has been bold enough to say the truth why she did it and maybe tell about Rajiv's being in jail. Here again Neetu did not play her role well as a sister with her couldn't care less attitude. The same goes to Anuj, he seems to care more for Anita's mom from her own sister.

Simi, what to say about you? If a fiance yells at you, would you expect him to treat you better or respect you as a wife, once after both of you are married ?
