Hair apparent: Abhay’s new look-gotta see

Kkusum's hubby Abhay (Anuj Saxena) has changed his look yet again.

Four years on, his appearance in the Sony daily Kkusum has kept pace with the number of times Kkusum has been replaced.

With the original Kkusum, Nausheen Sardar Ali, it was a young appearance, with the arrival of Manasi Joshi Roy he opted for a more sober, bespectacled look. With the brand new Kkusum, Shilpa Saklani, it is a grunge look.

Says doctor-turned-actor Saxena, "I have always believed in reinventing myself in the drama, especially post the generation leap.

For the male cast, not much detailing goes into the character's appearance. I have always taken the initiative myself to project a distinct look to add novelty in the show."

Abhay's current hair style is short and spiky. It has been coloured a combination of blonde, tan and black.

"It has been styled by Amar from Nalini and Yasmin," he says.

"My wardrobe, too, will be more stylised courtesy Millionaire," adds Saxena, who has sported spectacles, worn his locks long and now even wears a earring
