it cant be Satya, as during first call he was with Tapu in garden. secondly it will be foolish from his part tht he will sing tht song knowing tht Tapu will suspect someone present during her song. so it cd be only a person who was not there openly but knew everything wht is going there😊

I think its Veer himself. He had seen Rathod dropping Tapu home at 2pm. He was suspicious of Tapu faking. Rathod is a business tycoon, so getting his contact is no big deal. Veer must have met Rathod and together they planned this blackmailing. Veer himself passed on the song's information to Rathod.
Veer cud have denied that the child is his but he knew his Mai would not accept it. She would think just bcoz he hates Tapu he is not accepting the baby, so maybe he is making Rathod put pressure on Tapasya so that she herself confesses that the baby is not his but Rathod's.

if satya is vansh then it could be satya--as vansh is trying to unite veer and iccha
