I wanted to have this separate thread from our regular NiVren thread as I was feeling that our very important points, analysis and discussions were getting lost in all the other chatting posts.

The current track is such that we need to vent out and put forth our views so that if by chance CTs want to read then they are able to read it easily without browsing through all the chat in between. I sincerely hope that you all will not be upset for this and will help me in maintaining this thread. I want this thread to be very precise and short and sweet.

We can continue opening our regular NiVren threads with appropriate titles as we have always done but please put your views in this thread and I will compile everything together and try to send it out to CTs.

1) Viren and his hatred, pain, guilt - Viren was such a dynamic character since the time he was shown but now CTs have reduced this wonderful character to the one who makes viewers sympathize with him because of his condition. Is this the motive of CTs? I do not believe that I should have pity or sympathy on Viren because he is capable of much more and I want to know why he is doing this what he is doing. There is more to his story than the childhood reasons. I am feeling this way because today pain and guilt was very visible on his face, in his eyes. He kept quiet when Sid shouted at him because he realized his mistake. Viren's intention I think was not to hurt his family as we can see he loves them. Then what was his motive? Such a charismatic personality and he has been reduced to nothing.... I feel for him, for his pain but I do not want to be sympathetic towards him as he is doing all this with his full hoshohawaas. Viren is his own master so if the reason is that everybody should hate him and throw him out then nobody is stopping him and he has never listened to family so why now? Just because his mom asked him too... Do you all really think that he will listen to his mom's please??? That is why I am thinking there is something else too in his mind, heart that we do not know - some hidden agenda. He is testing each and every member of his family and is making up his mind. Only 3 people matter to him the most and he is closely watching their reaction - DS, Sid and Nivi. If you all notice you will see Viren always looking at DS as he wants his reaction to his deeds. He wants his acceptance, he wants his scolding as that will show him that yes DS loves him. Scolding does not always have to be in the form of comparison though. If DS scolds him as Viren and not compare him with Sid then he will gladly take it and will be happy instead of being sad and hurt. Today, Viren was hurt as he hurt DS and he had tears and the feeling of guilt when DS looked at him with teary eyes. And then the most affected he was when Nivi left him alone. He followed her till the end with sadness in his eyes. He knew he has once again hurt her and put her down. But I think somewhere deep in his heart he wanted her to be with him, to stand by him and accept him the way he is. But Nivi failed him by walking away and leaving him all alone with his guilt and sadness. I want Viren to repent for what he has done - no matter what his reasons have been but he has done a sin by emotionally hurting Nivi and his family. Not all situations demand "Tit for Tat" tactic as it will only increase the pain. There is no need for him to push himself away from all. Why does he want to suffer now too? Dard ke badle dard dena theek nahin hai as Viren ko hi dard ho raha hai, baki sab logon ko to us pe sirf gussa aa raha hai, naraaz hain woh log. Agar kisi to takleeft ho rahi hai to woh hai DS and VD and nobody else. Today, his mom also left him alone as she was disappointed. She should have rather slapped him as that would have showed Viren that his deeds do have an effect on them. By not communicating, how are they going to improve him? They need to talk to him to make him understand. By boycotting him he will only become rebellious. They all know he is a good person at heart and they have to just reach out to his heart and he will be tamed. Can they not see his teary eyes?

2) Nivedita - What to say about her. I was standing by her side but today I cannot as she did not fulfill the duty of being a wife. I know you all will say that Viren is not fulfilling his duty as a husband. But again the point is that "Tit for Tat" or "Eye for an eye" tactics cannot be used in all situations. Nivi knows Viren's pain and what he is going through so atleast in this circumstances she should be with him - not as DIL of Sood house but as wife of Viren. Viren never had a comapny, never had a partner or friend. Nivi should be one. Why will Viren not get angry when he is expecting Nivi to be his wife, to be with him, to question him, to confront him as a wife not as DIL. WHo gave her right to be DIL? It is Viren... She is Nivedita Viren Sood and she is pushing Viren away from her by time and again reminding him that she is bahu, DIL and he is son of the house... Nivi has to realize that they share a different relationship now and this relation of husband wife is way up than the other relations. She knows Viren is a nice person then she has to just reach out to him and he will be hers. During confrontation, he himself opened up and told her everything when she questioned him. So, why not now... Today's confrontation and sarcasm was good and Viren listened to a certain point. But he got really mad when she said she is DIL and will take care of her family and will only leave when Viren realizes his mistakes. Does Nivi know that family is to be blamed too. So what is she doing in this regard? Is she making family understand where they went wrong and how to reach out to Viren? She only speaks infront of Viren but is quiet when Divya or Sid scream at her... How pathetic...

Nivi is taking Viren for granted..And I do not like that. Nivi "taali kabhi ek haath se nahin bajti." I am not saying that DS is scapegoat..no way. He is a very nice and principled person and at this age he is going through all this... But by admitting that yes certain decisions that he took initially were wrong and letting Viren know about it will help Viren. Apni galti maanana koi buri baat nahin hai..Everybody does mistakes but only few have courage to own their mistakes... Viren is one of them.

Nivi is going to get jhatka when Viren will tell her about divorce... "Time lene ke chakkar mein Nivi ne bahut time le liya." and time waits for none. Viren is using his last option to push Nivi away and let us see how she handles this scenario. No matter what, she has to reach out to her husband.

I don't think Nivi estimated when she promised dadaji that she will bring out good in Viren that its a big task. She needs to find a gem which is buried deep down in the ocean but I think she kind of did not anticipate the depth of the ocean,but jumped into the ocean to find that gem. I hope she soon realizes it and follows some strategy to show the Soods what a gem they got in Viren. I was telling this from before that Nivi is not following correct strategy to bring the real Viren out, she needs to plan properly and follow the action.

I won't be talking much about what happened on Monday, but I did not like the way Nivi asked Viren about the money. She should have confronted him in a different way and I did not like the way she said its my house and want to know whats going on in it. When her answer is like that, how can we expect Viren to be civilized and he was rude to her and its very much expected. I don't know when she will stop with this mantra of my house, I am DIL of this house. Even if he behaves rudely she needs to stick to the mantra of "I am your Wife and I have every authority to know about you and your actions". But the best part I liked in this scene was how Viren gave her the answer to her question about money. He always gives her the answer, which makes me believe how much he values her (don't think I am accepting his behaviour of torturing her with MP) but he always answers her questions, which he doesnot do it with other people.

Yesterday's episode, the same old saga continues. Just being silent when Viren accepted his doings and not only that but YD says that it was better he never came back, it was better if he ever returned. Sometimes I feel are they really his family, do they really care about him. And Nivi is witnessing it first hand now, that what family thinks about Viren, how they feel about him. If Sood family just keep quiet how will the family know Viren loves them and how will they show that they love and care for him. And as for Nivi, I really don't understand how she is going to show Viren that family loves him and cares for him a lot and how she is going to show the family real Viren who is very good at heart.

Yesterday, no body from family said anything to him. I understand his actions were not right to steal the money but he did not use it for stupid and bad reasons rather he donated the money which is a good pupose right? no one saw that but saw only that he stole the money and their repuptation is gone down the drain. Someone dadaji,CC or VD should have questioned him "why you did this, what was the reason, whatever you did is good but the means is not right" it would have been better than a slap for him or they should really slapped him so hard for doing this to the family but no everyone stood thier with keeping their mouth shut. I am really not understanding Sood family behaviour at all. I want them to talk, yell at him,slap him for whatever he is doing withthem but not just to keep their mouths shut and just glare or stare at him. That is not going to work, I don't know how they will understand.

I am still waiting who will question him for his torturing Nivi emotionally and mentally, its been a week they came to know he did it and everyone of them kind of forgot and just leading their lives as usual, he did such an unpardonable mistake and noone is bothered about it. I am really keeping my fingers crossed and waiting for Naintara dadi's reaction, hopefully CT's won't fail me with this matter.

1. Dadaji-Bank Manager: In this scene we can see how dadaji was humiliated and Viren wanted this to happen and not only that his dadaji question him for that but I don't think he expected police involvement, it was the accounting department's wrong move without funds how can they issue a check to the client. But anyways that is what happened and Bank manager keeping in mind Sood's reputation handled the situation. And liked how dadaji thanked him for that and said sorry for everything.

2.Viren-Sid: Atlast I got a scene between my Sood Brothers, the one I was expecting from so long and specially after the confrontation that Viren thinks Sid as his enemy. Viren was asking for this and today atlast he got it, I loved how Sid showed Viren what mistake he is doing, being a son of this family you are spoiling its reputation and the way he says please keep in mind dadaji's health, your dushmani is with me so don't take it on others. BUT I didnot like the dialogue here "Mere dadaji and mera parivaar" that is when even Viren reacted he wanted to say something but kept quiet. I really liked what Sid did today as big brother but I did not like this dialogue instead he would have said "kyun tum apnay parivaar aur dadaji kho dukh derahay ho" that would have been better, the dialogue Sid said shows Viren as if he is still a stranger, he is nothing to the family. But I loved Viren for keeping quiet because he knows he is guilty of what he did, he wanted someone to blast him and specially Sid instead of protecting him today he blasted him which was a very good move.

3.Viren-Dadaji: This scene was so emotional yaar, and both the actors did an amazing job with just with their eyes, showing what is going thru their minds and hearts. Dadaji was so shattered how can my grandson do this to me and Viren was expecting his dadaji to blast him, slap him or say something which will show him that yes, his dadaji still cares for me.

4.Everyone leaving Viren alone: Oh my this scene was so heart wrenching as if showing Viren who is always alone from childhood and even today he is alone. It was hurting him so much and the pain, hurt was shown in his expression and specially when Nivi leaves him oh my his pain was so visible. I never expect anything from CC but I expected his tayiji say something to him at that moment. Again he was left all alone noone to talk to, no one to yell at him, no one to show him they care.

5. Keshav - Yash: Just brilliant scene, this is what was missing in Viren's life in his childhood. I love CT's for showing the differences in handling of situations so brilliantly. When Sood's sent Viren away they never bothered to inquire about him and his friends or anything they never bothered to visit him but look at the way Keshav (because his mom gave him an advice to check upon Yash friends) came to the school spoke with pricipal and learned about his son's progress in school and his friends details. In the beginning when CT's showed Yash with his new friends I was worried that what is going to happen to Yash but now I understand why CT's showed us those scenes just to differentiate between Sood's and Sharma's. Yes, in real world too we can see how similar situations are handled differently by different families. Thank you CT's for this. I really loved this scene and Keshav's concern as a father. We cannot expect anything good from CC and JW but atleast dadaji would ahve taken some interest and looked into Viren's progress at the hostel, then Viren would not have become like this, rather they would know what's in that young child's mind.

6.Sharma's scene: I am loving this bond between brothers so much. dadi's concern for Sood's and you know girls when Keshav says "how can we help them, they don't need our help" I was thinking oh dear they do need your help Keshav, the family their doesnot know how to handle their kids, only dadi can teach them and give them some knowledge which they are lacking a big time. Pratap and Hema scene was just wonderful, I think we can expect Pratap gving a big slap to Hema for what she did to Nivi, when he comes to know how she manipulated Nivi, he will defintely give her a tight slap and she needs it.

7. Divya: This girl should know that she should not talk about happenings in sasural with anybody not even her mother. at the end the way she was blasting Nivi, was so horrible. Even now she is just thinking of Sid, the day she knows that its because of Viren and Nivi she is married to Sid, she will regrett it very much. I am really waiting for that day and I don't know when CT's will take mercy on us. I want that past to be out in open so much is linked here to that past and that marriage day. I just ignore this girl that is what I can do right now. Yesterday too she was doing all those things for Sid as per her mom's instructions come on girl if you love your husband do it from your heart not follow instructions manual.

8.Dadaji-Nivi: I liked how Nivi said that it was partly my mistake, I would have stopped this by telling someone but could not. But dadaji is still hell bent on believing bad in Viren, and she too did not say anything in regards with that but got into thinking can she do it or not? Here I expected Nivi to say that even though he did all these actions which are not right but he did something good by donating money to charity which shows his heart is not that bad right?

9. NivRen: I save this for last because this was the best scene in today's episode. The way Viren was so restless, because he is hurting his loved one's, he is guilty that he hurt his dadaji and I loved Viren's expressions here the pain,guilt,hurt. He wants to supress all those and at the same time he wants to let them out !!WOW!!

and here comes Nivi and I loved the way she started spitting fire at him. But one thing I have to say I don't think she noticed his pain, if she did she would have confronted him in a different way but here she was talking as Sood Bahu not Viren's wife. If she was talking as his wife, she would have noticed how much pain and guilt he was hiding in his eyes and confronted him in a different way. That is the reason I saying her intentions are good but her approach is not right. She needs to stop this mantra of "Bahu, my home" and start with "your Wife".

If you all noticed when she was blasting him "I thought you will be happy now, you achieved what you wanted" he could not take it anymore already he was feeling guilty and he doesnot want his Good hearted wife to tell him and he yelled at her to stop that instance. But the moment she said that she is asking him as Sood Bahu that's it his temper broke again and if you all noticed he felt a tinge of pain in his eyes.

I really don't understand Nivi here, she is Sood Bahu because she is Viren's wife so her priority should be Viren but she is giving all her priority to the family and not to him. Yes, I understand she is hurt right now because how he behaved with her the other day but still she needs to give him the priority them she will understand what is going on in his heart and then she can fix things between him and his family. But right now, she is making family as her priority and in return she is not able to see what's in his mind and heart so how can she help him to know his family and how can she help his family to know him.

This confrontation started brilliantly but went down the drain when she started with "Sood Bahu and my family I will do anything for them and will fight till my last breath" (I wanted her to say this to him as his wife, that I will fight for you till my last breath just like how he said to her, even though it was acting and all as he says but he did say that I am your husband and I will be their till my last breath) I really hope this Divorce thing knocks some sense into her and dadi teaches her some good to her in regards with prioritizing husband over family. (don't think I forgot about his tortures but right now if she is here to fulfill her promise she better prioritize right and then take her anger on him for what he did to her, that is personal between him and her)

Just like Abidah said I too believe that for her family is her strength and her weakness. And her other biggest weakness is she never fights for her happiness, her love or anything for herself. She fights for others, right now she is fighting for the Sood's but indirectly she is fighting for Viren too.

If you see when family gets to know how much Viren loves them they will get closer to Viren, its the same to Viren too when Viren gets to know how much his family loves and cares for him he will get closer to them. So its win win situation for Viren and Family but in all this fiasco she is not looking into her happiness.

But she needs to learn to fight for her happiness, and her happiness lies with Viren and I think she will learn this after she will lose it. Remember her dialogue when Viren drugged her "mein apnay liya kabhi nahi ladi" because of that she lost Sid and his love but this time she needs to stand up and fight for her happiness and I think Viren will indirectly help her to fight for her happiness. Even in real life we have to fight for our happiness, nothig gets served in golden plates for us. The same goes to Nivi, and specially because this serial is all about her and every character is linked with her. She needs to fight for her happiness and before she does that she needs to learn that her happiness lies with Viren. (Please don't think that I forgot about what he did to her with MP track and I want her to punish him too for that, no one has authority to punish him except Nivi because its between them and its affected her not anyone else, and I want him to pay the price for that torture)

I am saying Nivi's happiness lies with Viren not because I like them as couple but they are much suited and if we forget about MP track we have seen the glimpses of how much they suit each other.

@Sneha, I don't agree that CT's ruined Sid & dadaji's character. Every character is acting just like how they are supposed to be.

Sid too is just like Nivi, I told this in the beginning too that for him family is his strength and his weakness.

Dadaji, is a very well principle man. He lives a very principled life and that is what he is doing.He cannot take any crap when someone breaks the rules and that is what he is doing.If you read my post on dadaji you will know that his decision once made is the ultimatum for Sood's but he changed it twice because of Nivi and the way she handled him.

So, like I said in my previous analysis, that Viren did this whole charity thing, from the eye of a child, since Viren has never lived with adults, he doesn't know responsibilty. Had Viren known what responsibilty was, he would have never done this, but like how a child doesn't know the true value of an adults hard earned money, it is the same with Viren. Viren doesn't know what "hard earned money" means, since Viren has never done something to earn hard earned money. But then again, so hasn't any other child in the world! Is it then the child's fault for not understanding that, when he has never been taught it? No, it isn't, and so, it isn't Viren's fault, since Viren never knew.

But Sid, on the other hand, has been nurtured with responisibilty, thats why he knows everything about money and business, but Viren doesn't.

Viren NEVER in his wildest dreams wanted BS' reputation to go into dust. No, never! I look and imagine Viren to be a child, and how would a child know what "reputation" is? A child doesn't, because they only laugh and play, and Viren never wanted BS to bow his head infron of the bank dude, no! Viren only gave the money away, but he never knew about the fact that this would happen to, so when Sid shouts at Viren, Viren looks exactly like a lost kid, who doesn't know the reason as to why he is being shouted at. And when BS comes upto Viren, Viren looks at him with the eye of shame, that "Dadaji! I never meant this, never! Forgive me!!", but BS just walks away, making Viren once again think that he is "bad", but he isn't. He is infact, such a sweet naive person, who doesn't want to harm anyone, even though his actions may seem like he does. And what triggored Viren more, was when, whilst Sid was shouting at him, Sid said "Mere parivaar se badla mat lo", Viren again feels, like his family was never his, because Sid labelled them as his, and that is why, he was also deep inside, so hurt, because once again, he felt like he was disowned again, that he doesn't belong in the world, that the world, which is so big, has again became so small for Viren again.

And then, the encirclement of isolation.

It was so significant how all the members of the family left. They left in the order of hopelessness. Beginning with BS and YD, since the both are hopeless in terms of seeing Viren change, followed by Sid and Divya, who then think that Viren can and will never change. This is then lead by VD, who at the end, cannot see any light at the end of the tunnel. This then leaves us with the 2 most important women in Viren's life, the 2 who Viren thought he could lean back on, and who would always back him up. But then, he see's his own mother leaving him, the one who gave birth to him, the one who stopped him from leaving the house, has today, hopelessly left him. Finally, the one woman, who Viren has loved more than his own life, the one who he saw himself in, the one who, for the first time, Viren trusted in this cold cold world, Nivedita, today also too shook her head with tears in her eyes, and left him, standing in the centre of isolation, looking naked with lashes of insults being whipped at him from left, right and centre. He looks at Nivedita with the eyes off fear of being lost, with the fear of becoming lonely once again. He was left begging as he saw inches of Nivi's support slowly decreasing, then becoming into zero, as he feels the massive 4 walls of his "home" closing in on him, where he couldn't even call his "home" a "home". And there, when Nivi leaves him, he realises again that he is worth of nothing. That again, everyone left me. Do I not deserve love? Am I not destined for love? Why does everyone leave me for? What have I done? Does this world not have space to fit one poor soul in it? Does Nivi even love me? Do I deserve Nivi's love? Can she not see just how much I need her right now? Her arms, her warmth, he assurance, where is it? Why has the world become so cold? Viren Sood ... Who is Viren Sood? Sood doesn't even deserve to be in my name ... Viren ... Viren is nothing but a unwanted, lonely soul, staggering along the path of life ... in search for a meaning and purpose, which I will never find.

All these thought cloud up in his mind, as he feels his eyes get teary, and he realises just how weak he is and how much he needs Nivi's love.

Nivi's scene with BS, was a triggor. This scene triggored Nivi into going up to Viren, and confronting him. Nivi's "Zid" was doubted by BS today, as she realises that once again, everyone thinks that she is weak, but she isn't, she will rise against her every critic, and prove that she isn't weak, and that Viren isn't the person everyone thinks he is. And this "triggor" triggors Nivi, as she heads up and has a serious word with Viren.

Viren goes to the terrace, and looks at the nature around him, and sees that if nature is so sweet and pure, clean and simple, then aren't humans a part of nature, then why are they so bitter? Why are they so misunderstanding? So misleading and so misguided? Or is it just me? What does my life have in store for me?

He looks ahead, and Nivi comes behind, with a series of questions prepared, with a face of intent and purpose, that she will cut all slack, and isn't going to take "No" for an answer.

Viren turns to see that the one who he needed is there, in front of his eyes, but why is she here with a face of question for? Even she doubts me? And with each comment that Nivi throws at him, he quietly takes it in, like a thousand stones being thrown at him.

Remember, Viren cannot hide his true face behind a mask in front of Nivi, just like how a child cannot in front of the person he loves the most. Viren cannot believe Nivi too is doubting him, and Nivi cannot believe that she is doubting Viren, since she thought that Viren was different, and would never have to do that.

Nivi talks more about the family rather than herself, and keeps on refering back to the family rather than herself, because Nivi, remember, has ALWAYS been doing that. She puts others before herself, even before her marriage with Viren. She is selfless, and fights for her family and not for herself, and here too, Nivi wants to make Viren settle down with his family first before doing so with herself. And in some way, she did, as she made Viren say "Mere aur mere parivaar!"

Viren, who loves Nivi, says that "You think these people are your family", he knows from past experience that everything linked with Viren is never accepted in the Sood house, and so is Nivi connected to Viren, and Viren feels that she will not be accepted in the family, and Viren who cannot bear to see pain being given to Nivi, wants her to be away from it, and therefore he will give her the divorce, knowing all too well that Nivi will not agree and give the divorce.

To be really honest, I HATED the Divya Nivi scene, but there was one thing Divya said to Nivi that I LOVED ... "That its upto you Nivi to imprve Viren", and this will further kickstart and triggor Nivi into changing Viren, since the more pressure she gets, the quicker she will change Viren, since Nivi works BEST under pressure. In the remaining of the scene, I just felt like getting that flour, AND POURING IT ALL OVER DIVYA!!

And the precap, just what was expected, the quicker the divorce issue, the better, as I really cannot WAIT to see what the story is going to bring to us ...
