
Rani and Kareena practice yoga seriously
Fitness means different things to different people. For some it's a habit to others it is a way of life. We speak to people fromvarious walks of life to decode their fitness mantras.
Payal Gidwani, Kareena Kapoor's trainer, who is also training Rani Mukherjee, Saif Ali Khan, Laila Khan, Tusshar Kapoor and a number of other personalities offers her opinion:
"Rani and Kareena practice yoga seriously. As for diet, I am completely against anorexic diets. Nor will quick fixes like snacks, tit-bits and munchies work after a point. Every individual, whether a celebrity or a normal person, must follow a well-balanced diet."

* The same star who became the emblem of the size zero fad has now gained a few kilos and is looking much healthier. She is also into serious yoga. From crunches to Suryanamaskars, Kareena exercises to maintain not just a fit body but also a healthy one. This hottie could do 108 Suryanamaskars in the first five months of practicing yoga under Payal Gidwani's training. Now Bebo does an hour of yoga every day, six days a week.
Some of the workouts she does are:
* Suryanamaskar, 25 rounds. These include various sitting and standing poses and lying in supine positions, including Ustrasana, Chakrasana and Shavasana. w Kareena's heavy workout days are followed by days when she does only stretches. Bebo winds up her session by chanting Om for five minutes.
