JK D-sir has a long way to go to reach these masters' level :) But I personally would prefer him rather han Geeta to sit on that chair.

tumhare D-Sir surpassed the level of Geeta a long time ago Mihir, Don't know what u r talking about.😆 but as for the rest of the masters, dharmesh is not there yet, but will be there soon. and how i wish there are 4 masters for DID 3.....TL, RS, MP, and RD. rocking season!😉

LOL... I would love it if they have the next DID season with 4 mentors - TL, RD, MP and RS. I dont mind if they make it 5 including GK.. But I think it would be better with the guys only, so that there wont be so much drama and tears and emotional blackmails, and Dada's flirting would stop too. Of course they need to change the hosts to two guys - Jay and Manish!! That would be a dream show to watch and we will see neck-to-neck performances from each team and a great healthy competition!!! 😃

lol. it will be a guy overdose! and just balance this out. i think dada should have a female co-GM, maybe saroj khan or someone? i want someone knowledgeable in dance to make the eliminations and not on some random whim. all of the contestants dance better and know more about dance than dada. so to me, it doesn't seem right for him to eliminate these people.

LOL... Nah, it wont be a guy overdose because we will have female contestants, na? So the girls are there to perform and entertain the viewers with their talent.. At the same time, the drama and politics between the mentors wouldnt be so much either.. I liked Saumya in DID1 but she was annoying in DID2... And now Shweta isnt any great either.. But I like Jay and liked Manish in DID-LM and SRGMP, so I thought these two would be able to do good comedy together...

Of course, I completely agree with ya - Dada shouldnt be in!! Saroj Khan doesnt have much knowledge about western dance forms! She doesnt appreciate them either.. So she is not a good fit for the GM role either.. I would prefer someone like Kamalhasan or Prabhudeva or Sridevi or someone like that for the GM role...

lol! i know there will be female contestants. but i don't wanna give an excuse for the chauvinists in the country to take this as an example and put down women! and i don't want any feminist riots happening either. 😆and zee certainly won't do this cuz they need to appeal to all sexes. but other than that, i really don't mind. lol. in fact, i prefer those 4 as masters and i rather not see geeta. but the likelihood of this happening is rare.

and i would love to see jay and manish together. i wanted this for this season! too bad it didn't happen! imagine the fun and dhamaal that would bring. with manish's comic timing and jai's stupidity, it will be awesome!😆

well i never saw saroj khan judge. but i heard she is a fabulous choreographer, so i suggested. but i can't think of anyone else who would fit the role. i mean we can always rope in prabhu deva, but is he knowledgeable in latin dances or broadway or contemporary or ballroom? i seriously doubt it. and the others who do have a knowledge in these forms are people like vaibhavi merchant and shiamak davar and all. but i feel that the current masters will feel insulted if we roped in these people. i mean i don't the current masters think of shiamak and vaibhavi as superior to them. i can't imagine them thinking that. and essentially that is what the GM seat is. a seat that is superior to the masters. hence, there is a dilemma.

😆 I know, MCs and feminist riots with cries for equality!! LOL... Actually if Zee preferred the so-called equality, they should have shown that in all levels of the show.. Most often they have more male contestants in their finales of all reality shows! They have more male mentors/judges and hosts in their shows! Even in DID, it has been 2:1 ration for M:F.. In LM, it was 3:2 ratio.. DID2 is the only one they had 50:50 M:F in the finale.. DID1 and LM has it as 3:1 ratio.. Same for their SRGMP shows... So I dont mind having just male mentors as I havent seen a female mentor yet who can be fair and impartial.. Even Saroj and Farah have proved to be very partial in their judgments.. Same goes to Alka on SRGMP... 😊

Yes, Jay-Manish pair would have been awesome! I thought they will be the hosts for DID-D, and I was waiting for Manish to make an entry when Jay is thinking a girl would be coming to be his co-host and I imagined how his face would be when Manish shows up dressed up as a girl...!! 😆 I wished so much to see that happen and they ruined it!!

Saroj is a very good choreographer, but if you notice, her work is always a mix of Bollywood and Indian semi-classical.. And watching her on Nachle Ve, I realized that she doesnt have much knowledge of non-Indian dance forms or regional dance forms of India.. And she is very rude, partial and arrogant, and that would be discouraging for the contestants... Prabhudeva's forte is LnP, HipHop, etc but still he would be able to do a better job than Dada as he is a professional choreographer too and not just a dancer... VM and SD would be good too, but then they also have their particular forte style like Prabhudeva.. Actually Kamalhasan or Sridevi would be a good choice, since they are far better versatile dancers than Dada... 😃

I cant help to wonder - how did Zee reach at the decision of having Mithunda as the GM?! Did they consider anyone else too? Why not Jeetendra or Anil Kapoor or someone?? 😕

yea i know! but that was far more subtle than coming out right with all male cast for a show! 😆 that would be a jhatka! and imagine the media. they will make it out to be more than it is. so that's why i said it was unlikely. but i am all up for it if it does happen. and don't go by geeta. there are actually some very good female judges who do judge pretty fairly. i like vaibhavi. she seems to be pretty fair. although i haven't seen her judge a show with no stars. i've only seen her in ZND for a couple of episodes.

well if she is rude and partial, then that is a big no-no. we've seen enough of that on DID. don't need more of that. and yea prabhu deva is a professional choreographer. but i haven't seen him choreograph anything outta his style. like he choreographed hip-hop and bollywood. but nothing else. but he is certainly a better option than sridevi or kamal hassan. they maybe fabulous dancers, but judging requires knowledge, not ability. i highly doubt if they know what a shanae turn is or what a piroutte is. so i rather have a choreographer judge than anyone else. i suggested VM and SD cuz i have seen them judge dance shows before. so i felt they are experienced. they have their own style, like terence, but they know about other styles as well, although they are not their forte, just like terence.

i have no idea either. i thought he was the producer of the show at first! 😆but now that i know he isn't, i wonder why they roped him in.😕

😆 😆 That's because many media writers for entertainment industry are women!! So they will make a big cry about it for sure!! How can they miss a nice piece of juicy stuff?! 😊 I havent watched much of VM, only some videos of ZND on YT.. Didnt see her judging parts.. Isnt she very young? I think Zee wanted someone quite senior to be the GM...

I know! I visualized that so many times in my mind, as I believed it would be Jay and Manish for sure in DID-D.. We would have had more fun from them...

Prabhudeva has choreographed outside his style in the South.. He has done romantic duet numbers and all.. He does his style more when it comes to songs that are more peppy... But he doesnt do his style for melodies..

Kamal and Sri have done so many kinds of dances, so still better than Dada I think.. They would know more and assess better with their experience... Yes, they may not know all the terminology of western styles... But since Sri's daughters would be dancing now, she might know...

In fact TL knows about so many dance styles in the world, including regional dances of India.. He has also proved that he can put together any style if he has to... 😃

I was wondering whether the DID concept came from Dada?! Because that's how they portrayed him on the promo of the show... Else why would he be in every single DID show since DID1? They could have replaced him in DID2 or at least in DID-LM...
